1 Marianna (PANHANDLE) The Marianna Readiness Center has existing barbed wire fencing along the eastern, western and southern perimeter. An estimated request of 776 linear ft. (8ft. high) security barbed wire top chain link fencing with anti-ramming cables will tie in with the exiting fencing at the western and eastern perimeters. This fencing will enclose the entire northern parking lot and front entrance to the Armory. One rolling security chain-link gate will be placed at the northern entrance and one at the entrance on the west side of the parking lot. These gates will have no more than 6 inch spacing between the bottom of the gate and the ground. No fencing will be removed from this site.

3 Jacksonville (Snyder) (NORTH EAST) The Jacksonville Readiness Center has existing barbed wire fencing surrounding the rear of the Armory s motor pool area while the entire front is open and exposed. An estimated request of 2,000 leaner ft. (8 ft. high) security barbed wire top chain link fencing with anti-ramming cables will be placed directly north of the parking lot in front of the Armory. The fencing will start from the edge of the wooded area west extending to the east passing the parking lot area directly in front of the Armory. The fencing will stop at the surveyed area and extend south stopping at the current fencing south of the motor pool. The current fencing along the eastern perimeter will be replaced. Fencing along the south western perimeter is severely damaged and will be replaced with barbed wire top chain link fencing. Barbed wire top chain link fencing will be placed along the wooded area west of the parking lot. One rolling security chain-link gate will be placed at the northern entrance and at two separate locations along the eastern perimeter. These gates will have no more than 6 inch spacing between the bottom of the gate and the ground.

5 Deland (EAST CENTRAL) The Deland Readiness Center has existing barbed wire fencing surrounding the entire perimeter with the exception of an open and exposed area along the eastern and southern perimeter. An estimated request of 534 linear ft. (8 ft. high) security barbed wire top chain link fencing withy anti-ramming cables will be placed along the south western perimeter at S. Alabama Ave and E. Walls Ave. the fencing will then extend along the southern perimeter adjacent to S. Alabama Ave. There will be two breaks in the fence for a security chainlink barbed wire walking gate (no more than a 6 in spacing between the bottom of the fence and the ground). The fencing will then continue north and then east around a handicapped parking area on S. Alabama Ave. The fencing will then curve around heading west connecting to the current fencing to the north. No fencing will be removed from this site.

7 Titusville (EAST CENTRAL) The Titusville Readiness Center has existing barbed wire fencing along the rear western perimeter continuing south parallel to White Drive Rd connecting to the facility. An estimated request of 208 linear ft. (8 ft. high) security barbed wire top chain link fencing with anti-ramming cables will be placed along the perimeter in the same manner as the existing fencing. The existing fencing will be removed. A double swing gate security chain-link gate will be placed at the southern entrance/exit point with no more than 6 inch spacing between the bottom of the gate and ground.

9 Crystal River (WEST CENTRAL) The Crystal River Readiness Center currently has barbed wire fencing surrounding the western, eastern and northern perimeters leaving the front southern perimeter of the Armory opened and exposed. An estimated request of 793 linear ft. (8 ft. high) security barbed wire top chain link fencing with anti-ramming cables will be placed along the southern perimeter connecting to the existing fencing on both west and eastern perimeters. A section of the current fencing along W. Venable Street will be removed. A rolling security chain link gate will be placed at two locations south of the Armory parallel to W. Venable Street with no more than 6 inch spacing between the bottom of the gate and ground.

11 Tavares (WEST CENTRAL) The Tavares Readiness Center currently has barbed wire fencing surrounding the western, eastern and southern perimeters. The front of the Armory is opened and exposed. An estimated request of 1100 linear ft. (8 ft. high) security barbed wire top chain link fencing with anti- ramming cables will enclose the entire Armory. This fencing will extend north protecting the front of the Armory parallel to Woodland Road and extend to the eastern, western and southern perimeter. The current barbed wire fencing at the eastern, western and southern locations will be removed. A rolling security chain link gate will be placed at two locations north of the Armory parallel to Woodleaf Drive with no more than 6 inch spacing between the bottom of the gate and ground.

13 Brooksville (WEST CENTRAL) The Central-Army Aviation Support Facility #2 does not have fencing within the perimeter of the facility. An estimated request of 1,150 linear ft. (8 ft. high) K-8 rated fencing will be placed along the western, southern and eastern perimeter. The fencing will tie in with current fencing located south of the Armory. A cantilever electric gate (K12) will be placed at the northeastern entrance parallel to Spring Street and one on the northwestern entrance also parallel to Spring Street. The gates will have no more than 6 in spacing between the bottom of the fence and the ground. Both entrance and exits gates will have an electronic key access control pad. No fencing will be removed from this site.

15 Homestead (SOUTH EAST) The Homestead Readiness Center currently has barbed wire fencing along the northern, southern, eastern and western perimeter. An estimated request of 2000 leaner ft. (8 ft. high) security barbed wire top chain link fencing with anti-ramming cables will be placed along the northern, eastern and southern perimeters. This fencing will connect to the northern entry/exit gate on Schweinfurt Road and run east along the northeastern wood line. The fencing will continue around the eastern part of the perimeter (surveyed area) and connect to the current fencing on Schweinfurt Road. K8 rated fencing will be placed on the western perimeter parallel to Schweinfurt Road with three electric cantilever entry/exit K12 rated gates. One gate will be placed at the north western corner on Schweinfurt Road, the other gate will be placed in the center and the third gate will be placed on the south west corner. Two additional security barbed wire chain-ling fences inside the perimeter (see diagram). These gates will have no more than 6 inch spacing between the bottom of the gate and ground. Fencing to be removed: existing chain-ling fencing on the western, northern and entire eastern perimeters.
