1 Hybrid Transport Belt Instructional Guide The patent pending Hybrid Transport Belt provides extra security and protection for subjects and their transporters. Isolated hands from the waist minimizes ability to hide contraband Restraint lessens the chance of self- injury Stiff nylon prevents belt being used as weapon Encased hands prevent the ability to grip objects Preparation Examine belt and bag for rips, tears, and/or any signs of tampering Ensure handcuffs are unlocked and functioning Pull the handcuff straps from inside the bag and rest them fully extended outside the bag 1. Apply wrist restraints to the subject in front with the key holes facing out. 2. Apply leg restraints. Second set of cuffs 3. Secure the waist belt around subject s waist and apply the second set of cuffs.

2 4. Once belt and cuffs are secured, remove first set of restraints. 5. Place subject s hands in the bags. 6. Pull the slack out of the handcuff strap until the D-ring is out the slot. 7. After subject is handcuffed, place vest over subject s shoulders. 2. Push vest under handcuffed wrist. 3. Velcro flaps together. 4. Strap the snap hooks to the D-rings. D-rings

7 Rear Handcuff Bag Instructional Guide The patent pending Rear Handcuff Bag is designed to provide extra security for subjects prone to manipulating or escaping standard handcuffs by restricting the subject s hand movements. Secure subject in standard handcuffs; ensure the cuff is double locked. 2. Slip the bag over the subject s hands with the vinyl window facing out.

8 3. Snap the short strap to the handcuff chain using the square cut out. 4. Feed the long strap through the slots in the front and rear of the bag. 5. Pull the strap over the top to the front. *Strap can also be fed through the subject s belt or belt loop for added security 6. Secure the strap, by using the attached snap, to the D-ring.
