1 When the examination of the dossiers is completed, the active substances will or will not be approved in the framework of the regulations in force. An approval regulation is specific to an active substance/product type (PT) combination. In addition to specific conditions on the use and possible restrictions of use, the approval regulation indicated gives the approval date of the active substance (AS), which corresponds to the deadline for submitting MA applications for existing biocidal products containing the AS/PT combination.
