The Forms you have are: 2018 Tournament Request Form - Please complete and return to Mike Vandertuin by Friday December 8, Summer Request - All premier baseball diamonds except for a few under repair from the fall of 2017 will open on April 30, All neighborhood baseball diamonds will open on May 7, Fall Requests will be handled on a first come first serve basis Registration Summary - This is required to be completed and returned by Friday December 8, No diamonds will be allocated to you unless we get this information.
