1 Dear Friends, The Cyprus Swimming Federation is pleased to invite the great COMEN family to participate in the 24 th Mediterranean Cup Swimming Competition, to be held in the cosmopolitan city of Limassol on June We thank the COMEN bureau for entrusting us with the organisation of this very important competition and we promise to do our best to be a very successful one. We are looking forward to an enthusiastic and whole-hearted participation from your country. The details of the competition are attached below. Please fill in the preliminary registration form attached herewith and send it not later than March 30, Please note that during summer, Limassol is a very popular tourist destination and available hotel rooms are limited. Contest Rules The meeting will be held according to the COMEN Tournament Rules (copy is attached). Official Airport Larnaca International Airport (40 minutes drive from the city of Limassol) Transportation Transportation to and from Larnaca International Airport to the official hotels will be provided free of charge for all teams only if hotel accommodation is reserved through the Cyprus Swimming Federation. Transportation will also be provided free of charge from Episkopiana and Navarria Hotels to the pool and back. Accommodation Hotel rooms will be allocated on a strictly first come, first served basis. The Organising Committee reserves the right to accommodate teams at other hotels of the same category should the need arise. Please indicate your preferences when returning the Preliminary Hotel Reservation Form. Hotel prices are guaranteed if bookings are made by 10 May The rates are per person per day full board (drinks not included). All reservations must be done through the Cyprus Swimming Federation. Lodging costs must be paid by the participating countries according to the tournament rules.
