1 Singtel Mobile Legends Tournament Promotion Terms & Conditions This Singtel Mobile Legends Tournament ( Promo ) is conducted by SingTel Mobile Singapore Pte. Ltd ( Singapore Telecommunications, Singtel ). By registering or taking part in this Promo, all persons participating herein (the Participant(s) ) agree to be bound by these Promo Terms and Conditions. 1. The Promo is open to all individual Singapore citizens and residents of the Republic of Singapore who are SingTel postpaid subscribers. By participating in the Promo, you represent and warrant that you have met the eligibility criteria set out under these Promo Terms and Conditions. 2. The promotional period runs from the dates stated in the below table, both dates inclusive (the Promotional Period ). Online Qualifier Registration Semi-Finals and Finals Will start on 23 May 2018, will ends once it s full Will be on 23 June 2018, Singtel Shop Comcentre 3. Only entries/registration that are completed as deemed by SingTel Mobile Singapore Pte. Ltd. and its authorized employees and officers will be eligible. Participants shall participate in the Promo on his or her mobile number, and shall not execute successful transaction on behalf of other persons. 4. Eligible users who complete a successful transaction using Singtel Carrier Billing will be entitled to the register for the tournament. For avoidance of doubt, Singtel may change the Total transaction value in its sole discretion. 1 P a g e

2 Singtel Mobile Legends Tournament Criteria: User must enable Singtel carrier billing at Apple App Store or Google Play Store User must do at least $5 transaction at Mobile Legends app using Singtel carrier billing User must register as a team of 5 at At least 3 of the 5 members are Singtel mobile customers to form a squad o 3 members must be Singtel mobile customers o 2 members can be non-singtel customers but must download and register for Singtel Dash account (available in the App Store and Google Play Store) User must be present at the venue during the semi-finals and finals event Terms & Conditions Player Eligibility Players should be at least 18 years of age. Each player must have a minimum Level 8 account and at least 5 heroes. The tournament is only open to Singtel mobile customers, Singtel employees are eligible to join (using personal line). Players must be available for all online and offline tournament dates. By registering implies the acceptance to the terms and conditions of the tournament. Players are not allowed to join more than 1 team. Only the substitute player can be changed once. Main players are not allowed to be replaced. Winning teams to the at the offline tournament, players need to bring their own mobile device and data. Tournament Format 5v5 custom match Each team will comprise of 5 members plus 1 sub (optional). Online qualifiers will adopt a single elimination format. All matches will be best of 3. Official communication channel during the online qualifiers is discord. Bracket shuffle will be done after registration is closed. Team captains will be notified via and SMS. Team captain is required to enter discord for reporting 15min prior to every online match. A 10 minute grace from the start time of the match is given to late players. A win will be awarded to the other team if full team is unable to check-in 10 minutes after start time. Game can only start when the full squad checks in. Game ID and name will be checked at offline semi & finals. Open Qualifiers will be online Semi-Finals and Finals will be offline event on 23 June 2018 at Singtel Shop Comcentre In-game Game continues if player disconnect. 2 P a g e

3 In the event of server crash, a replay will be done. For online games, winning screen shot must be submitted to discord by winning team. Any disputes in score should be submitted to admin in discord in 10minutes. Conduct Any form of swearing, vulgarity, threatening and abusive language will not be tolerated. Hacks, mods or third party apps are not allowed. Cheats are not allowed. Eg. of cheating include sharing accounts, ghosting and piloting. Any form of cheat results in disqualification regardless whether the cheat is successful or not. Singapore Telecommunications reserves the right to amend terms and conditions without prior notice. 5. The registration provided under this event is not transferable, or exchangeable or redeemable for cash. 6. Strictly no refund will be allowed for all qualifying transactions made under the Promo.. If however a refund is, in Singtel s sole discretion, allowed, such purchase will not be entitled to any entry in the Promo or any voucher redeemed by a customer who has obtained a refund on his purchase shall be deemed null and void and the customer shall be liable to return the unused voucher to Singtel or pay Singtel the equivalent value of any used voucher. 7. Singapore Telecommunications s decision on all matters relating to this Promo will be final, binding and conclusive on all persons participating in this Promo, and no correspondence will be entertained. Where applicable, the customer may be subject to such further terms as specified by the respective merchants and agrees to abide by the same. This Promotion may not be combined with any other on-going promotions offered by Singtel unless otherwise stated. Singtel shall be entitled, at Singtel s sole and absolute discretion and without notice to you, to claw-back from you, the Discount in connection with these Terms and Conditions (or any part thereof), if such amount has, in Singtel s sole opinion, been wrongfully given to you for any reason whatsoever. Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, Singtel has the sole and absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of an eligible customer to enter and participate in this Promo and your entitlement to the Discount. 8. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials used in connection with this Promo, in particular that relating to the Promo Discount, are the property of their respective owners. Singapore Telecommunications and its affiliates and contractors are not affiliated with, or endorsed or sponsored by, such owners and their relevant affiliates. Any dispute about the quality, merchantability, and fitness and purposes of the goods and services must be resolved directly with the manufacturer. Where purchase contain a specified validity period during which it should be utilized, no requests for extensions or replacements whatsoever will be entertained. Singtel is not an agent of the merchant(s) supplying the goods or services. Singtel makes no warranty or representation as to the quality, value, merchantability or fitness for purpose of the goods or services and assumes no liability or responsibility for the acts or omissions of the merchant(s) or any nonperformance or defects in the goods or services. 3 P a g e

To the maximum extent permitted by law, each participant agrees that Singapore Telecommunications, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotions agencies, and their respective officers, directors, and employees (the Relevant Organisers ) shall not be liable for loss, claims or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with participating in this Promo, the participants acts omissions or negligence, and/or from the acceptance or use/misuse of the prize awarded. Each participant agrees to waive and release the Relevant Organisers from the abovementioned claims and liabilities. 10. To the maximum extent permitted by law, each participant agrees to indemnify each of the Relevant Organisers from any losses, damages, costs, expenses, claims or liabilities of any kind arising in connection with his participation in the Promo. 11. By participating in the Promo, participants hereby agree and authorize Singapore Telecommunications, to use at its discretion, without further compensation to the participants, any of their names, photographs, and any likeness of them, for publicity of the Singtel Carrier Billing (where not prohibited by written law). 12. Singapore Telecommunications may at its sole discretion modify these terms and conditions or cancel this Promo without prior notice to any person. Any discounts shall be given out on an as it is basis and are not exchangeable or returnable, and Singapore Telecommunications expressly disclaims any warranties express or implied in connection with any discounts or for the goods or services purchased, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws. The discounts may be subject to additional terms and conditions, and the participant agrees to comply with all terms and conditions applicable to such discounts. 13. Singapore Telecommunications is not responsible or liable for delayed, lost, stolen, incomplete, late or misdirected entries and submissions caused by any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to service delays, interruptions, failures or overloads, telephone lines, and/or postal/internet services. 14. Singapore Telecommunications reserves the right to vary or modify these Promo Terms and Conditions, or disqualify any participant or winner, in such manner Singapore Telecommunications deems fit, without giving notice or reason, and without any liability to such participant or winner. In particular, no participant shall, or procure another person to, (i) tamper with the registration process or the operation of the Promo or the relevant app store, (ii) participate in the Promo in any manner which creates or may create an anomaly in the operation of the Promo, and/or (iii) breach these Promo Terms and Conditions, or any other applicable law or regulation. 15. Singapore Telecommunications reserves the right to pursue legal action against any person which it believes has undertaken fraudulent activities or other activities harmful or prejudicial to this Promo, or the entry submission process. 16. Singapore Telecommunications shall not be liable for damage to a user's phone or computer system in any way due to a user's participation in the this Promo or downloading of any content in 4 P a g e

5 connection with the transaction executed, including without limitation any server failure; lost, delayed or corrupted data or other malfunction. 17. Subject to any government approval which may be required, Singapore Telecommunications reserves the right, without prior notice and at any time to terminate or cancel the Promo, in whole or in part, or modify the Promo in any way, without liability to any person. If any part of the Promo Terms and Conditions is held to be unenforceable or illegal, such illegal or unenforceable part shall be severed from the Rules without affecting the validity of the remaining Promo Terms and Conditions. 18. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotion material relating to the Promo, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. 19. This Promo and the Promo Terms and Conditions Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Singapore law and each participant agrees to submit any claim, dispute or controversy to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore. 5 P a g e
