1 Nadine Dubina Nadine Dubina is the Manager of Coach Development for the United States Olympic Committee. Passionate about people, learning and sport, Nadine blends these values with an experiential learning facilitation style to create coach development workshops, courses, and presentations that are unique, practical and purposeful. Nadine believes in and collaborated on creating the 6 guiding principles of the USOC s Quality Coaching Framework and uses this as the basis for all of her coaching work. She has an ongoing role in the USOC s National Team Coach Leadership Education Program (NTCLEP), Coach Accelerator Program (CAP) and International Coaching Enrichment Certificate Program (ICECP). Nadine earned an M.A. in Sport Psychology and is currently pursuing her Ed.D in Coaching and Teaching Studies. She was a competitive gymnast and has coached and judged gymnastics at various levels for 10 years. Pete Naschak Pete Naschak retired from the U.S. Navy SEAL Teams after a 21-year career, where he held various operational and leadership positions, lived overseas, and participated in military contingency operations throughout the world. Throughout his military and post-military careers, Pete has had direct experience and involvement with strategic planning, training, and individual and team development in high performance, high demand, and austere environments. After retirement, Pete finished a Master of Science degree in Global Leadership, a qualification as a Project Management Professional (PMP), and a certificate in Global Business Management and Strategy. Through his company Performance Activation Inc., Pete provides specialized consulting services including product development, individual and team performance initiatives, and organizational development for top tier companies, teams, and individuals. Pete is the co-founder of Senaptec, a human sensory performance technology company focused on delivering assessment and training tools to sport, military, medical, and government entities. He currently volunteers as Honorary President of the Board of Directors for the Lone Survivor Foundation, which supports injured military personnel and their families suffering from PTSD, TBI, and serious combat injury. Pete is based out of San Diego, CA.

2 Doug Denton Douglas Denton is the Recurve Technical Expert & Product Engineer for Hoyt Archery. Douglas joined Hoyt s team in 2008 as the Recurve Engineer. Since joining the Hoyt team, he has developed award winning designs, such as the GMX and the Formula series recurve bows. Douglas also has five USPTO patents for innovative archery design. Douglas gives technical seminars about bow design, set up, and tuning throughout Europe and the US. He has worked with the top athletes in both the London and Rio Olympic Games. Douglas is a long time target archer and bowhunter. Phil Ferrar Phil Ferrar is an inspiring and challenging facilitator and management consultant, with an extensive background in delivering performance improvement. He is also a Masterslevel executive coach and behavior change specialist, with a successful track record in helping organizations drive through sustained programs in culture change and leadership development. As a mentor, Phil has been able to influence transformational change and personal growth to a substantial number of people. Phil has worked in many sectors, including automotive, banking, financial services, government, healthcare, insurance, IT, precision engineering, retail, sports, telecoms. In the academic sphere, Phil's research (Coaching & Mentoring, Oxford Brookes UK) has been instrumental in developing a deeper understanding of the psychology behind the 'manager-as-coach' relationship and is regarded as a seminal piece of work.

3 Miles Henson Miles Henson is a charismatic and engaging mentor, coach and executive consultant to managers, coaches and executive teams - helping them to deliver people transformation and culture change. He is an established keynote speaker at major client conferences, and has worked in many different cultures and industries covering 35 countries in the last 15 years. Drawing on his wealth of coaching and facilitation experience, Miles enjoys the challenge of helping global organizations and teams to communicate effectively, with a focus on understanding how modifying our communication can resonate with different people. Miles is working at the forefront of people development, including the creation of business tools as the world of people development changes. He is also co-author and founder of I Get You Pro a groundbreaking App that both profiles and delivers a wealth of tactics for anyone that coaches or manages people. John Crawley John Crawley is the High-Performance Director of Team Sports with the Sport Performance Division of the United States Olympic Committee in San Diego, CA. He is responsible for providing performance impacting services and expertise, high performance strategic planning, coaching development, competitive analysis, and training and competition performance support for ten (10) summer Olympic team sports, including; archery, basketball, football (soccer), water polo, volleyball (indoor and beach), field hockey, rugby sevens, softball, baseball, and team handball. He also directs a multidisciplinary team of sport performance professionals to support strategies that optimize medalwinning opportunities for team sports. For almost 19 years John has worked in a variety of sport performance roles with the United States Olympic Team and has served with the USA delegation at multiple Olympic Games, Pan American Games, World Championships, and World Cup events. John earned his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and his graduate degree in Kinesiology from Arizona State University. In 2013, he completed the prestigious Olympic Sport Leadership professional certificate program from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

4 Dr. Gerard Bogin Gerard is a chiropractic physician from Tampa, FL whose clinical practice focuses on sports performance and athletic development. He specializes in manual therapy, rehabilitation, and therapeutic exercises as they relate to repetitive stress injuries. In addition to being a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Gerard is also a Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians (DACBSP), which is the highest designation that a chiropractic physician can achieve in the field of Sports Medicine. He also holds advanced certifications in Myofascial Release, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation, Biomechanical Assessment of Athletes, and Instrument Assisted Joint Manipulation. Throughout his career, Gerard has worked with a diverse population of professional and elite athletes that include the winners of over 300 PGA Tour TM events, 70 Winter and Summer X Games Medals, and over 30 TEAM USA Olympic and Paralympic medals (Archery, Fencing, Rowing, Track and Field, Cycling, and Beach Volleyball). He is currently on the Sports Medicine Teams for the PGA Tour TM and USA Fencing. Gerard has been on the USA Archery International Team Staff since 2015 Chris Clements Chris has been in the coaching profession for the past 23 years and has been serving in his role for the last 2 years as a Teaching Coach for the team sports division of the United States Olympic Committee providing analysis and support for coaching performance. He also provides consulting services in performance coaching and high performance planning within the NCAA and corporate world for his company People Optimization. Prior to his current position, Chris served in several coaching positions: Head Coach USA Field Hockey Men's National Team, Associate Head Coach Boston College Field Hockey, Head Coach various Jr Boys and Girls teams at Kampong and Klein Zwitzerland Field Hockey Clubs in the Netherlands, National Talent Identifier and Coach for Jr National Teams - New Zealand. Chris has an Education background as a Physical Education Teacher earning his Bachelor of Education with a Graduate Diploma in Teaching and Learning Specializing in Physical Education. He taught at The American and British International Schools of The Hague, as well as Christchurch Boys High School, New Zealand. Chris has been credentialed as an Elite Coach and a Coach Educator for the Federation of International Field Hockey. He is a graduate of the USOC National Team Coach Leadership and Education Program. Chris also played professional field hockey in The Netherlands as well as a national representative in New Zealand. He is passionate about performance, people and relationships.

5 Jared Siegmund, M.Ed., CSCS, USA-W Jared Siegmund is currently a strength and conditioning coach for the United States Olympic Committee primarily working with USA Archery and USA track and field. He earned a Master s Degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science from the University of Minnesota and also completed an undergraduate degree in health promotion at the University of Wisconsin Platteville. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA-CSCS as well as a USA Weightlifting - Certified Sport Performance Coach. Jared has extensive experience working with some of the best athletes in the world at the Olympic Training Center, where he worked closely with the U.S. track and field, BMX, rowing, archery, Paralympic, and rugby programs. He became the head strength and conditioning coach for the Team USA Women s Rugby program and remained in that position for four years through the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio. Jared continues to grow and gain invaluable experience while with the USOC in the areas of strength and conditioning, injury prevention, speed development, and the ability to work with an integrated team professional working achieving outcomes for athletes. Guy Krueger Guy Krueger has been involved in archery for over 30 years as an archer, coach, and coach educator. Guy is the Education and Training Manager for USA Archery and has worked with USA Archery since He has served as the Women s Head Coach, Assistant National Head Coach, and High Performance Manager in the past and is a current Level 5-NTS Certified Coach. As an archer, Guy was the 2000 World University Archery Champion, 2002 World University Archery Bronze Medalist, Individual Silver and Team Gold Medalist at the 2003 Pan Am Games. He also was a 7 time National Champion, 3 time World Team member, and Resident Athlete for 5 years. As the Education and Training Manager, Guy is passionate about developing the best coaches in the world. Guy earned his undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Texas A&M University and is also a graduate of the US Olympic Committee s National Team Coaches Leadership Education Program.

6 Mike Cullumber Mike Cullumber is an International Judge for World Archery and a National Judge for USA Archery. Mike is also a Level 4-NTS Coach/Coach Trainer and is currently on the USA Archery Board of Directors representing Judges. He one of the founders of the Paseo Vista Archery Club in Chandler, AZ and was the Tournament Director of the Arizona Cup from 2013 to Randi Smith Coach Randi Smith has been the National Para Head Coach for USA Archery since She was the Team Leader at the Athens Paralympic Games and the Head Coach at the Paralympic Games in Beijing, London, and Rio. She has coached archers to five Paralympic medals, including two Paralympic Champion titles. She received the Order of Ikkos Award in 2008, 2012, and Randi is a Level 5-NTS coach. She and her husband have owned and operated Salt Lake Archery since 1984 and have coached the Utah Hot Shots JOAD club since Smith has Masters degrees in Educational Psychology and Adapted Physical Education from the University of Utah. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist.

7 Coach Kisik Lee is the Men s Head Coach for USA Archery and the creator of the National Training System. Lee is originally from South Korea where he was the Head Coach from 1981 to Under his guidance, Korea won a combined total of eight gold medals at the 1984, 1988, 1992 and 1996 Olympics. In 1997 he became the National Head Coach of Australia where he coached 2000 Olympic Gold Medalist Simon Fairweather and 2004 Olympic Bronze Medalist Tim Cuddihy. In 2006 he became the National Head Coach for Team USA. Since his arrival, USA Archery s recurve program has won 3 Olympic medals and countless medals at the World Cup and World Championship stage. George Ryals is also known out on the range as GRIV. GRIV is a former professional compound archer of 25 years and has worked in many different positions in the archery industry. GRIV previously worked for Martin Archery, Copper John and Stanislawski Archery Products. GRIV was also instrumental is creating ArcheryTalk.com in the hopes of helping archers around the world by putting information out for everyone to use. Now GRIV runs a small pro-shop in Snellville, GA with a focus on target and recreational archery. He is Head Coach of the Hornets, the archery team that has grown out of his JOAD archery program. The Hornet team has traveled the world under GRIV's wing, and have amassed an impressive list of awards. The Hornet team has a 4 Vegas Championship wins, three World Records, and over 50 National titles spanning across target and 3D.
