8 Training Documentation As part of your application, you must include documentation confirming that you have fulfilled the training requirement. A photocopy of a certificate of completion of any of the qualifying courses or classes Prior Military DD214
9 CWFL Application Fees Original The total fee for the CWFL is $97. This total consists of two separate fees: application fee ($55) fingerprint-processing fee ($42). Renewal Notice of Renewal sent 6 weeks ahead of expiration Renewal fees are $45 for Florida Resident and $87 for out of state residents.
10 CWFL Legalities If moving to Florida & have a permit from another state Cannot transfer permit Must re-apply in FL Out-of-State permit NOT recognized after 90 days
11 Prohibited Areas Law Enforcement Offices You may not carry in any police, sheriff, or highway patrol station.
