2 Mrs Valibouse : An interview How do you become a headmistress? Before I became headmistress, I was a teacher of mathematics, then I passed special exams and I went into a business school, I was 30 years old. What did you teach? I taught science subjects such as mathematics, biochemistry, biology. Have you got any children? I have three daughters, the eldest is twenty years old, she is training to be a nurse in Belgium. My second daughter studies at Joliot Curie High School and the youngest is five years old. What is a typical day of a headmistress? A typical day of a headmistress is a team meeting, meeting with parents, with students, with the administration, writing administrative reports.i have to make important decisions and solve management problems. All this is not predictable in advance. Have you got enough time for your hobbies? Or practice any sports? Yes, I have got time for my hobbies like playing the piano, painting and practising sports. Is it difficult or easy to be a headmistress and a mother at the same time? Yes, it is very difficult to have some spare time but being a headmistress means that you have legal responsibilities, but I enjoy my job very much. The origins of Father Christmas We say, «chalande» in Savoy, «Père Janvier» in Bourgogne, «Olentzaro» in the Basque contry, «barbassionné» in Normandy, «Père Noël» in French, or «Santa Claus.» in English. Everybody knows his clothes they are red and white but in the beginning he was dressed in green and white, His name was Saint Nicolas. His clothes became red and white, because Coca Cola decided to sponsor him and use his image in their advertisements.

He won five championships titles in 200,2001,2002, He's American, his number is 24, he's the second Micheal Jordan.He plays with Steve Nash, Metta WorldPeace, Pau Gasol, Dwight Howard etc..his best sore is 81points versus Toronto (Raptors).Bryant enjoyed a successful high school basketball career.he declared his eligibility for the NBA Draft upon graduation and was selected with the 13 th overall pick in the 1996 NBA Draft by the Charlotte Hornets, traded to the Los Angeles Lakers.

4 Christmas Cake Preparation time: 20 minutes Cooking time: 60 minutes Ingredients (for 4 people): - 4,409oz (125 g) of butter - 4,409oz(125 g )of sugar - 2 eggs - 4,409oz (125 g) of flour - 7,055oz (200 g) currants - 1,764oz (50 g) candied orange peel - 0,882oz (25 g) candied cherries - 0,882oz (25 g) almonds - 1 teaspoon mixed spice 4 to - 1 handful of breadcrumbs - 3 tablespoons honey - 3 cl of cognac - 17,637oz (500 g) icing sugar, sifted - 2 whites eggs - 1/2 lemon Preparation of the recipe: Preheat oven to 170 C (thermostat 5-6). In a bowl, beat the softened butter with the sugar, then add the eggs one by one. Except in another bowl, combine the flour, currants, oranges and cherries, slivered almonds, honey, spices and brandy 4. Mix well and add the previous preparation (butter-sugar-egg). Rework everything to get a homogeneous paste. Grease a round pan and garnish with a double layer of buttered parchment paper. Pour batter into pan and bake for 1:30 at 170 C (thermostat 5-6). Prepare frosting: Beat egg whites, add the lemon juice and gently stir the icing sugar to make a smooth paste. When the cake is cooled, cover with icing on a centimeter thick. Smooth with a spatula and decorate the cake according to your tastes. A few pictures:
