Your team will immediately be affiliated with all current WMLBA league sponsors and press releases. Intelligent marketing strategies and tactics will keep fans in attendance and attract new ones. 5 Training and CBA The WMLBA has your back! Our league is designed for your franchise to thrive in today s economy. Demographics of teams have been strategically chosen to cut travel expenses. Our league will train each franchise to make sure the business plan for the season is appropriate and profitable for both parties involved. Our Collective Bargaining Agreement or CBA will be enforced guaranteeing wage scales, working hours, training, playing facilities, health and safety ensuring every franchise is operating under the same code of conduct and working conditions.

6 The Women s Minor League Network The WMLBA has a partnership with Blue Frame Technology ensuring that your team will get national coverage... allowing the WNBA, FIBA teams and scouting coordinators to see games played, increasing the exposure level of your team s brand and generating revenue for you franchise. Local businesses in the area can pay for commercial spots during your team s game. Another form of revenue for your team will be the game day sponsors as well as local team sponsorships. Each franchise will be required to open a 501c. In an effort to lower business costs a great deal of business operations will be conducted under the 501c therefore being tax deferred. We have laid the foundation for growth by focusing on team performance, operational efficiencies and profitability. The WMLBA will also organize free agents camps in your team s city also generating revenue for your team and filling roster spots for the season.

7 Frequently Asked Questions At WMLBA our future is bright and our purpose is clear. What are the qualifications to franchise a WMLBA team? Credit score of Net Worth of $20,000. The ideal candidate should have an entrepreneurial spirit, as well as sales and marketing experience. Is a WMLBA team easy to operate? Yes, our business model, travel schedule, team locations, partnerships and television network are clear and simple to follow. What athletes are the WMLBA looking for? The WMLBA is a development league seeking younger players to develop and extend their playing careers. What are the ongoing fees to the WMLBA? Franchisees pay an ongoing royalty fee of 6% to the WMLBA for total team sales. Each franchisee will be required to pay a $7,500 franchising fee. This fee will cover your team s DBA licensing, home and away uniforms, logo design, sales training, basketballs for practices and games, website development, and games televised on the women s minor league network. How much money do the players make? Players will be required a minimum salary of $100 per game but no more than $250 per game in an effort for keep a level playing field.
