1 Ground Rules: 1. Maximum number of teams in a division is 12, more than 12 teams then too many teams don t play each other and it is a hassle from an administrative point of view 2. Minimum number of teams in a division is 5, less than 5 then teams have to play each other too many times 3. No appeals from teams that selected wrong age group unless there would be an egregious error 4. No appeals from teams who do not provide any history on the application unless there would be an egregious error 5. Minimize the number of appeals for moves within PCMC divisions, these are generally just for convenience of the team. 6. No appeals of divisional placement in short season 7. Difficult to use last season s records because of massive changes in team make-up. We gave all but 5 teams U9-U14 regular season the division they asked for. The others were moved so we would not violate #1 above. NOTE: D means that in 2014 the team played in PAGS D1 W3 L3 T4 placed 6 of 10 with a GD of D /2 +14 means he team played in PAGS D3 W7 L0 T1 placed 1 of 10/2 in playoffs with a GD of +14. 3 U10 Nether United 07 Orange - Move D3 to D U9 Arsenal Justification: Can you please switch our girls Nether 07 Orange Girls from D3 to D2 for the Fall? Team were in the Fall (2015) Div 2 PAGS league and return our top 10 girls for the 07 team and we picked up 2 very strong players to strengthen our roster. The team won the top flight of Discovery Cup U9 and won The Welsh Cup top flight last fall U9. Our overall record in the Fall was We had two equal ability teams in the Fall and we have merged all of the best players for an A Team for 2016/2017. Our team this year is made up on girls from the following teams: U10 Girls Blue Team 3 players U10 Inter U10 Girls White Team 4 players U10 Central League Tier 3 U9 Girls Blue Team 6 players U9 PSG Division 3 New players to this team. 5 U12 Nether United 05 Orange - Move D4 to D U11 D /12-9 Justification: Team was in the middle of U11-D2 last year and although we lost 2 key players Coach Mike Barr thought moving down 1 division to division 3 was appropriate fall division wins 4 loss and 2 ties 2016 spring division 1 u11/u12 combined 3 wins 3 losses 2015 spring division(u10) 1 4 wins 1 loss 1 ties 2016 state cup advanced out of group stage but lost first round of knockout. Lehigh Valley Fall Fest champs beat Radnor who is in division 3 Beat Haverford A in Haverford tournament who is also in 3 for fall Decision: Deny the appeal Methacton Wildcats - Move D5 to Charlotte Moran U10 D /9-13 Justification: This team in the 2005 U12 D5 division would like to move down to Charlotte Moran. Premier D5 was going to be a stretch however since tryouts, two maybe soon three of the top players have left the team. 5 players have come up from intramurals and are new to travel. Decision: Move to U12 Barca Division WestMont United Move D3 to D U11 D /11-3 Justification: The inadvertently requested that the United team be placed in the 3rd Div when he intended to request the 2nd division. Decision: Move to D2 5 of 8

7 U15 Panthers USA 02 - Move from D3 to D4 Justification: We are wondering if the 2 nd U15 Division (called Division 3) is too high of a division. The only 2 games that we played recently against PAGS teams were against a U13 Division 2 team and a U13 Division 5 team. I think we would have been competitive in the 3 rd or 4 th division this past year. I was not familiar with the division numbering system so when I requested Division 3 I meant the 3 rd division. If the teams that we are grouped with are coming from 3 rd and 4 th divisions from U13 (or U14) we will give it a shot. We just want to be able to compete so I would appreciate if someone could review our placement (as compared to the background of the other teams). Decision: Deny the appeal 7 of 8

8 Short Season U16 Keystone Athletic Grifos 01 - Move Barca to a less competitive division Justification: Our coach is requesting to have this team placed in a less competitive bracket. In Fall of 2015 this team was placed in Division One and finished with one win and four losses. The teams that we played in the 2015 fall season are in a lower bracket for the 2016 Fall Short Season. Can we be moved down one bracket in order to be competitive? Decision: Deny the appeal, no appeals in short season 8 of 8
