2 Friday, April 20th from 4pm-7pm Messina Hof Winery ( 4545 Old Reliance Rd, Bryan, Tx Saturday, April 21st from 11am-6pm at Messina Hof Winery *Please note the Wine & Roses Festival will be in full swing and awaiting you on Saturday. Plan to park at Rudder High School (3251 Austin's Colony Pkwy, Bryan, Texas 77808) and take a short, convenient bus to the festival and packet pick-up. There is no charge for buses. Race Day Packet Pick-up is only for those that have pre-registered for this option and will start at 5AM on race morning at Rudder High School. Your packet will have your custom, tri-blend race shirt and your custom bib (which you must have to race). You will need a photo ID or a copy of your registration confirmation . If you are picking a packet up for a friend you must have a copy of their photo ID or confirmation . You must pick up your packet on Friday or Satuday - (unless you have requested race day pick-up), otherwise your packet will be sold to someone on the wait list. Unofftcial transfers will not be permitted and will result in award disqualification.

4 Parking All athletes and spectators must park at Rudder High School (3251 Austin s Colony Pkwy, Bryan, Texas 77808). Note: If you have purchased VIP parking you will be given a pass to put on your dash and will be allowed to park at Messina Hof Winery. You must get to the winery by way of Old Reliance coming from State Highway 6.VIP PARKING CLOSES AT 6:45AM There will be buses leaving from the high school parking lot every 5 minutes before the race to get you to the start line on time. There is no charge for buses. Buses will continuously leave from the high school and the winery from 5am-6:55am and then again from 8:15am-11:30am. Carpooling to the high school is always encouraged! Arrival Please plan to arrive no less than an hour and a half before your start time to allow for race day traffic, bus-travel time, and race day jitters. Gear Check Will be available at the race site. Only requirement is you must be wearing your bib to drop off and pick up your belongings.

5 Half Marathon Water stations will all have water, gatorade, basic first aid, and an assortment of snacks such as bananas, oranges, granola bars, or candy. Portable toilets will be available at every water station as well. Note: The half marathon course will run through the vines just once.

6 Note: The 5K course will first run 1.5 miles on the road before running the last 1.6 miles in the vines.

7 Messina Hof will have a tasty, buffet-style breakfast for all athletes and paid spectators after the race. Wine glasses will be handed out after the race and you will need to have your ID and bib with you to receive your glass. Wine tastings will be located near the main seating area (please see the Race Site Map). You will need to have your bib and your wine glass to participate.

8 FAQs Can I bring Fluffy? Due to the bus ride and wanting to protect the vines, dogs are not allowed at this event. Are there pacers for the Half Marathon? Yes! There will be pacers in the start line corral for you to follow for the following Half Marathon finish times: 1:40 / 1:50 / 2:00 / 2:15 / 2:30 / 2:45 / 3:00 Do I have an assigned pace group for race morning? No! You will be able to pick the pace time that best suits you on race morning. We are simply trying to create corrals of like-paced runners so that there is not a much congestion in the vines. Where can I get my race time? Redemption Race Productions will be our official timer. Please find their trailer for up-to-date timing results. We will post a link to Facebook and the website the week after the event. Can I bring my child in a stroller on the course? This Course is not suitable for strollers. Is the race refundable? Refunds are not available for any reason. By registering for this event you agreed to these terms. What if the weather is bad? If there is inclement weather on race day, the Race Director, Messina Hof Managers, and City Officials will postpone or cancel the race in regards to runners' safety.
