ISAF Regulation 20 Advertising Code shall apply. As for Rule 20.4 no personal advertising can be displayed.

2 4) CLASSES AND DIVISIONS: Boards BIC Mod. Techno 293 One Design can race only. No limits to the number of competitors. Born in 2001 (Division Under 13): sail Bic OD 5.8 mq. and relevant rig. Born in (Division Under 15): sail Bic OD 6.8 mq. and relevant rig. Due to Italian rules, all competitors born in 2001 may race in Under 15 Division if they have celebrated their 12th birthday within the date in which the competition starts only. On the contrary they have to compete in Under 13 or Esordienti (First Step) divisions with free sail max 5.8 mq. Born in (Division Under 17): sail Bic OD 7.8 mq. and relevant rig. Due to Italian rules, all competitors born in 2001 may race in Under 15 Division if they have celebrated their 12th birthday within the date in which the competition starts only. On the contrary they have to compete in Under 13 or Esordienti (First Step) divisions with free sail max 5.8 mq. Born (first step i.e. competitors racing in the class for the first racing season): free sail max 5.8 mq.; they compete for esordienti (First Step) male and female divisions. It s possible to race in Techno 293 Plus Division for competitors born in 1996 and previous years with sail BIC OD 7.8 mq. or BIC OD 8.5 mq. 5) ELIGIBILITY: For all foreign competitors: 5.1 All entries shall meet the requirements of ISAF Regulation 19-Eligibility Code. 5.2 Competitors shall be members of a National Class Association which is a paid up member of the relevant international class association. The following shall be presented upon registration: Original Entry Form - pre-entries will be given their completed form 1 to check and sign at registration. Evidence of valid third party insurance Proof of age

3 Parental/legal Guardian Assent - for those under age of 18 * Medical Treatment Permission - for those under age of 18 or on their parents medical insurance policy Each participating board shall be insured with valid third party liability insurance with a minimum cover of 1,000,000 per event or the equivalent. 6) ENTRY FEES: All entries must be accepted at the Race Office within a.m. in the first day of competition. Each competitor must send the pre-registration by to the Italian Coordinator Marco Rossi (mared@fastwebnet.it) no later than the 18 th of March The race will take place only if a reasonable number of competitors will be reached. The requested entry fee is 70,00 euro. 7) EQUIPMENT INSTRUCTIONS: 7.1 Equipment inspections may be made at any time during the event Competitors in the Techno Junior (under 15) division may use either the 5.8 OD sail/rig OR any sail of 5.5sqm, or less, as the change-down from the 6.8 OD. Any aluminium boom or carbon mast (not exceeding 75% carbon) may be used with the 5.5 change-down sail. 8) SAILING INSTRUCTIONS: The sailing instructions (SI s) will be available upon registration. 9) SCHEDULE: 27/3 : from 9.30 to 17.00: Registration at Circolo Surf Torbole At 19.00: Opening Ceremony, parade through the town of Riva 28/3: from 9.00 to 11.00: Late registration At 13.00: Warning signal 1st race /3: Races. The time of the first warning signal of following racing days will be shown on the Official Board no later than the of the previous day. 31/3: At 16.00: Prize Giving and Closing Ceremony at Fraglia Vela Riva.

4 Thursday 28 th and Saturday 30 th the Circolo Surf Torbole will organize a Pasta Party for all competitors at the end of the daily races. Friday 29 th, the Fraglia Vela Riva will organize a Nutella Party at 5.00 pm. All competitors have to attend in the first day of competition the Skippers meeting, when all official news will be explained before posting it on the Official News Table. Courses will be as described in the sailing instructions. 10) SCORING: 10.1 Scoring will be in accordance with RRS Appendix A and using rule A 4 Low Points Scoring System Two discards shall be allowed; the first after four races have been completed and the second after 11 races have been completed. The maximum of races that can be scheduled in a Series is ) RESULTS: Where there is more than one Division racing in a single fleet, competitors may score points equal to their finishing place in their Division in that race and Official Results may be published for each Division. 12) PRIZES: 15.1 Prizes will be awarded as following to each properly constituted class division. 5 13) DISCLAMER OF LIABILITY: Competitors participate in the event entirely at their own risk, see WCR 4 - Decision to Race. The organising authority or any of their officials or representatives or the sponsors or their officials or representatives will not accept any liability for material damage or personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during or after the event. 14) RIGHT TO USE NAME AND LIKENESS: In registering for the event, competitors automatically grant to the Organising Authority the right in perpetuity to make, use and show from time to time at their discretion, any motion pictures, still pictures and live, taped or filmed television and other reproduction of them, taken during the period of the event, for the said Event as defined in the Notice of Race and Sailing Instructions in which he/she participates without compensation. 15) FURTHER INFORMATIONS: For accomodation please contact Ingarda Trentino Spa, booking@gardatrentino.it website specialist for accomodation, travel services and tour packages for all regatta competitors, staff and families.
