In 2018 we are able to offer you 450 sailing yachts, catamarans and motorboats in Croatia, Turkey, Greece; new in our portfolio are Italy, Spain and St Lucia in the Caribbean. Due to the many requests we received, we have a new Pitter Yachtcharter base in Lefkas in Greece. Now we have the Ionian Sea in our programme. Also new are the five bases in Italy and two in Spain, one of which is on Mallorca, giving you more time to enjoy the season. For the next season in 2017 this fun and renowned regatta is promising numerous innovations, to up the fun and sportive nature of sailing in one of the most beautiful regions of Dalmatia, the Kornati. The Business Cup is built upon the idea of promoting team work in daily business life by operating as a crew on a yacht. For the various participating companies this is also an amazing opportunity for exchange and networking. The International Austrian Open Sea National Competition is an event brought to life by the Austrian Sailing Organisation and organized by Pitter Yachtcharter. 16 The Race 1000 Miles Please find further details here: Sailing area Biograd Lefkas Biograd The newest event, and a very exciting one too, on our regatta calendar is The Race. The Race Miles is an ambitious long distance regatta, in two stages over 1000 nautical miles, from Biograd to Greece, where we have our new Lefkas base. In Lefkas there will be brake, with a great cultural and culinary programme, and also a first award ceremony, awarding the first leg of the race. To facilitate team building and holiday planning, it is possible to sail both regatta stages with different crewmembers. For all those who cannot take 14 days off work, or don t wish to meet this challenge alone, it will be possible, in 2018 for the first time, to take part and be evaluated during the haul from Lefkas to Biograd in a sort of Flotilla. Turgutreis/Bodrum Turgutreis, situated on the West coast of the peninsular Bodrum, is a small but lively place with a charming old town centre and quaint fi shing port. 31 Lefkas NEW Lavrion In 2018 we can offer you the sailing estuary in the Ionian Sea, with our new Pitter Yachtcharter base in Lefkas. Our base is situated in the modern D-Marin Lefkas, which sports a large pool. Affordable charter flights go to the airport Preveza, which is only 30 kilometres away. The Ionian Islands are amongst the most beautiful in Greece. Wonderful beaches, secluded bays, small villages with tranquil mooring and of course the typical white, steep cliffs will make your sailing holiday one to remember. Starting a cruise in Lafkas gives you many possibilities of where to head. Explore Sivota and Vassiliki, on the south coast of the island; the southern neighbouring island of Kefalonia and Ithaka, but also Gaios, on the island of Paxos, or the many small islands near the main land are just a few of the endless possibilities following in the foot steps of Ulysses. 33 Large Nautic Alliance motor- and sailing boat fleet Sanremo Portisco The picturesque Sanremo is a renowned holiday destination on the Italian Riviera. It is situated on the inside of the idyllic bay, surrounded by mountains. It is 20 kilometres away from the French border. Due to its sheltered location, Sanremo has a mild climate all year round. This prolongs the seasons considerably. Sanremo is the ideal spot to head towards the Cote d Azur and visit places like Monaco, Cannes, Nizza or St Tropez. It is easy to get there by car, train or via Nizza airport. Lavagna The gulf of Tigullio is famous for its small bays and steep hills. It offers many romantic areas, which are often only reachable by boat. The world famous places like Portofino, Cinqueterre or La Spezia are easily reached. Tuscany, Elba and Corsica are also popular destinations. Lavagna is located in the middle of a nature reserve, the habitat of whales and dolphins, which often accompany boats. The port is easily reachable by car. The next train station and airport are in Genoa, about 50 kilometres away. Portisco is on the Costa Smeralda, the Italian emerald coast, on the north-eastern side of Sardinia. The ragged coast, with pine forests, is characterised by its steep cliffs and is full of bays with the most beautiful sand beaches in Italy. From here you can visit the divers islands of the Maddalena archipelago, Corsica and the Sardinian coastline. The airport of Olbia is only 20 kilometres away from the port. Castellammare Castellammare is ideally situated in the gulf of Naples, about 30 kilometres away from Naples airport. Idyllic fishing villages, wonderful bays, picturesque ports and great Italian wine make this estuary so varied and popular. Positano is the pearl of the Amalfi coast and is not far away. 35 New fleet in Mallorca Alicante Together with our Nautic Alliance charter partner in Arenal we are now able to offer the very attractive all-year-round sailing estuary around Mallorca. The new base is situated within the old-established Nautic Arenal Club, which provides all amenities of a modern marina. The airport with its good air connection, is only 15 minutes drive away. There are two beaches only a few minutes walk away from the marina. The beautiful old town centre is also very near, and is not only famous for its busy nightlife but for its heritage. Just a short walk from the marina you will find the historical palace and the large cathedral. Alicante is situated in the south east of Spain, on the Costa Blanca. The white coast, is true to its name, with wonderful white sand beaches and azure blue waters. Alicante is both a historical and modern town. From Alicante there are various trips that can be made; along the coast and to the island of Tabarca, but also to Ibiza and Formentera are just around the corner. Alicante has an airport. Transfer to the Marina is only a 15-minute trip. Arenal is an excellent spot to start your cruise around the island of Mallorca. Make a detour to the national park of the island of Cabrera or sail to the islands of Ibiza, Formentera and Menorca. Mar At the end of January 2018 the brand new Lagoon 42 will sail from its shipyard in Les Sables d Olonne in France, over Portugal, Gibraltar, Mallorca and Sicily to Trogir in Croatia. Various different route stages are on offer. Open sea sailing/mile cruises berth charter: Oct. Dec Charter Croatia During the summer months you will be able to charter the Lagoon 42 Janny from our base in Trogir. Charter Canaries From December 2018 to March 2019, the catamaran Janny will be in San Sebastian on La Gomera for charter. Catamaran training weeks After the summer season in Croatia the journey continues across the Mediterranean over Gibraltar, Madeira, and La Palma Mallorca to the winter mooring spot in San Sebastian on La Gomera in the Canaries. Different route stages are also here on offer. In the spring and autumn we offer, from our base in Trogir/Croatia and in the Canaries, from our base in San Sebastian/La Gomera catamaran training weeks. The week will combine catamaran experience with a relaxed holiday experience. Both open sea trips are challenging sailing trips. All required skills will be taught and trained. You will navigate, plan routes, sail with parasail headsail etc. As with any cruise, interesting towns, ports and sites will be included in the route. For your leg of the journey you will receive a sea mileage certificate. / 41
