3 Monitoring program at UoB UoB has a program for all new employees who work with animals (> 1 h/week or > 40 hours/year) This is organized by the company health service ( Bedriftshelsetjeneten ) and includes consultation with the company doctor and nurse lung-function testing analysis of IgE in blood samples consultations program before you get in contact with the animals after 1/2 year then after 1 and 2 years
