These products can be further modified to meet the requirements of applications by reinforcing the outside of the tube with protective stainless steel braiding fitted with designated flange or thread connections. 6 Straight Hoses TOMO No. 90-U NFLON PTFE Ultra High Pressure Hose fluoropolymer PF straight tube is employed for this ultra high-pressure resistant hose. It is reinforced by a threelayer protective stainless steel wire mesh outer covering. This hose can withstand an internal pressure of 98Mpa000kgf/cm and it is extremely resistant to external pressureup to atm. It is suitable for applications where the hose is subjected to repeated bending. 7 Pliable Hoses TOMO No. 907-K908-K NFLON PTFE/PF Pliable Hose This fluoropolymer tube has been corrugated in a spiral form. This ensures that the hose is not deformed by bending forces and is relatively lightweight. T/#907 employs a PTFE tube and T/#908 PF tube. However, the properties are almost identical. The PF tube has been subjected to shallow corrugation and this is surrounded on the outer side by stainless steel reinforcing spring. This is further reinforced by outer layer of Stainless steel protective wire braiding. ompared with the T/#907 and T/#908, this hose has a slightly larger bending radius and the actual size is relatively small. 15 Pliable Hoses TOMO No. 908-P908-PL NFLON Liquid hlorine Hose These hoses can be used for handling highly corrosive and hazardous fluids such as liquid chlorine where maximum safety and reliability are required. The hose is externally covered in PDVF cloth so that is can withstand a corrosive environment without corrosion occurring. In the case of the T/#908-PL, an electroconductive ETFE liner has been inserted into a T/#908-P hose to prevent a build up of a static charge.
