2 The Quick Win Challenge Nov 15 Apr 16 Dec 16 Identify quick wins to provide momentum for further change Opportunities for harmonisation or minimum standards in relation to aspects of one or more of the following: equipment, training, operating practices, medical and/or physical fitness requirements Purpose to improve safety & consistently across different sites. Report back on progress by end 2016.
3 Quick Wins Industry Steering Committee: The purpose of the Committee is to establish clearer lines of responsibility with other key industry Health and Safety stakeholders (including G+, GWO, IMCA and RUK) and ensure that the various organisations work programmes are consistent with current and emerging priority risks, that duplication is minimised and that efforts are undertaken by the most suitable organisation under a more collaborative framework.
4 Emergency Response Plans (ERPs) At the next planned revision, G+ members ERPs should be updated to incorporate the suggested template/structure and elements. ERP should contain a minimum number of agreed scenarios, which G+ members will be able to add to if necessary.
5 Emergency Response Cards At the next planned revision, G+ members will develop emergency response cards for their agreed scenarios in the suggested ERP template using existing information.

7 Site Induction Checklist To deliver increased consistency for site inductions at G+ member sites Checklist composed of good practice for inclusion in a general site induction / induction modules Provides a guide for new entrants developing site inductions
8 Industry Collaboration Enhanced first aid The G+ will support the development of the GWO Enhanced First Aid course and once complete encourage its implementation in the offshore wind industry
9 Industry Collaboration Sea Survival The G+ will: Define categories of offshore workers and associated training profiles Define scenarios where worker training profiles may cause issue and seek an acceptable industry solution Investigate the development of an offshore wind transfer practical top up training module
