Containerized LARS & Dive Control Unit Diving Stage/Cage Launch And Recovery System has been specifically designed to give a compact operating footprint to minimise the deck space required on board. 21 4. TRANSPORTABLE DECOMPRESSION CHAMBERS Transportable Decompression chamber The transportable can be installed in an ISO standard container. OkseaTech is the designer of a small lightweight decompression chamber (TDC). This type of transportable decompression chamber is large enough to accommodate two people (one patient and one attendant). Due to its special shape and size, it is spacious enough to allow extended transportation or treatment times if necessary. Compact and lightweight, the TDC is ideal for transferring divers under pressure to a hyperbaric medical facility. It is fitted with a rotating STANAG male flange, which allows it to be connected to a large number of hyperbaric facilities. 22 The ACC is an additional chamber compartment, which can be used in combination with the TDC, allowing the attendant entry to the TDC. 23 5. SATURATION DIVING SYSTEMS The most complex decompression chambers are the saturation chamber systems in the diving industry. Multiple compartment hyperbaric chamber complexes according to specific requirements can be designed and produced. All the chamber complexes can be manufactured according to ACME DNV Bureu Veritas, TUV or LLYODS manufacturing rules with GMP. These complexes may include multiple dry living chambers with medical locks up to any capacity that the customer requires, wet chambers, deck transfer locks, locks for personnel transfer capsules to perform personnel transfer under pressure. NATO bayonet flanges for the transportable divers decompression chambers. Any hatch design for the McCann bell, NSRS or SRDRS mating can be manufactured according to the international standards. The company has built a saturation system for the Turkish Navy which can accommodate 44 injured/saved submariners The system can mate to American or NATO standard rescue vehicles with two upper pressurized doors for the Deck transfer lock mating. 34 7. DIVING BELL (PTC) LUNCH AND RECOVERY The PTC (Personnel transfer Capsule) LARS uses hydraulic winches powered by dedicated hydraulic power packs. The main winch is designed for handling the PTC either over the vessel side using an A frame. The guide wire system can also recover the PTC in the event of failure of its lift winch. 72 17. DECK TRANSFER LOCK (DTL) With Pressurized flexible man ways, DTL provide interconnect between the rescues vehicles with adapter pipe spools mounted on the DTL. With NATO flange, DTL provide interconnect with mobile pressurized chamber. The DTL is designed to be portable and can be installed when a rescue system is mobilized on board. It is connected via a vertical pressurized trunk to the SABOS below deck. The DTL has two positions on the deck of the MOSHIP; one position for the SRDRS, and one for the NSRS The DTL consists of preassembled modules with minimal interconnects to allow testing prior to ship installation, simplified shipboard installation, and to ensure minimal disruption of other ship fabrication activities. info@okseatech.com Web: Page 72 of 85

74 The Control Console and Support Equipment are located over the DTL rack. Control of the pressurization to the flexible man ways that are provided with the SRDRS and NSRS is done on deck. Inside the DTL is a stretcher handling system to allow injured personnel to be transferred vertically down into the SABOS. There are two layers inside the DTL for operating, connected with fixed ladder. There is a shower for cleaning the injured persons before SABOS transfer. The fire extinguishing system can be operated from inside the DTL, outside the DTL manually and electrically. The CCTV system is mounted for visual control whiles the operation. CO2 scrubber can handle 4 persons breathing demands if the operator can t ventilate the system. Heating and Cooling System can climate the DTL while operation. There are 4 BIBS system mounted in DTL. DTL can be operated from the console and inside DTL (from both layers) with two-way inlet and exhaust system. The level of O2, CO2, temperature and humidity can be screened with the analyzers and sensors settled on the console The communication between DTL and the console managed with electrical communication system and sound powered phone system. HYPERBARIC LIFE BOAT It is mandatory for Diving Support Vessels (DSV) to be equipped with adequate and dedicated safety equipment to allow for the evacuation of divers under pressure in life-threatening situations. The principle of the SPHL is the installation of an independent autonomous saturation system chamber, i.e. a saturation diving evacuation chamber, in a standard self-propelled and SOLAS-approved GRP hull that is otherwise normally equipped with a propulsion system, cooling system, hot water plant, navigation control and monitoring equipment, food/water supply and medical aid kits. The evacuation chamber, suitable for 12 divers at working pressures specified up to 400 metres of seawater, is accessible through a lock in the bottom of the lifeboat.
