4 We believe in the value of sharing our professional expertise with others in the aviation business, because we are convinced that this aids overall development. More competent airlines means better services for their customers, and eventually a wider and more versatile marketplace for everybody in the aviation business. This is why, from our point of view, sharing know-how can lead to a better future. THE VALUE OF SHARING In today s business world, knowledge and competence count more than ever before. Knowledge ability-success is the formula that many companies employ on their way to advancement. With the way things usually are, companies may justly be tempted to conceal their skills from others. But in a number of cases, knowledge may mean very little unless it is shared. S H A R I N G K N O W L E D G E A N D E X P E R I E N C E 8 9 S H A R I N G K N O W L E D G E A N D E X P E R I E N C E

10 WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU The aviation sector is today one of the most sophisticated businesses, just as modern aircraft are among the most sophisticated machines that man has ever built. Add to these facts the strict and thorough regulations, complemented by constant innovations, and you have a sector where the value of knowledge and experience can never be overestimated. FL Technics Training has been providing technical training services for more than 20 years. We were the first organisation in the Baltic countries and the CIS area to obtain the European PART 147 certificate for this type of activity. FL Technics Training currently covers four areas: - basic maintenance training - aircraft type training - specialised training - consulting services Our customers are airlines, aircraft maintenance and repair organisations, airports, and companies providing services to the aviation business. We offer technical training services at our own training centre in Vilnius, or at other premises specified by our customers. Our training courses combine the theory and practical skills in the repair and maintenance of aircraft fuselages, engines and components. We offer training for working on various types of Western-built aircraft, such as Boeing and Airbus. However, the scope and duration of each training module depends on the training programme, the longest of which can last 2,400 hours. Basic maintenance training We provide Category A, B1 and B2 training for aviation mechanics, in order to give them a thorough understanding of the principles and processes that apply to the maintenance and repair of an aircraft, its engine systems and its landing gear. Aircraft type training Structured theoretical and practical sessions are designed to provide training that is specially targeted at the maintenance and repair of specific types of aircraft. Specialised training We offer specially tailored courses to meet the individual needs of a company. The courses may cover a vast range of technical issues, and include special courses for administrative personnel. Consulting We provide consulting and training solutions tailored to individual needs of the clients including company s development, succession planning and more.
