Each unit is constructed from the best of materials and supportable, market proven components to ensure reliability & extended operational life. Phuel Modules can be used as stand alone or combined to form the Unit you need to suit specific operations. 2 Phuel Modular Concept This diagram illustrates the Phuel Modular Concept. Units are made up from a range of standardised frames and components providing the client with a unique specification to fit their exact needs. This approach allows future-proofing of operations. The modules can be reconfigured as and when needed. s Wet Centre Reels Panels s Panels Units are fitted with an Operators Panel that details the fluid circuits & control instruction. Each panel is constructed from precision laser cut stainless steel, engraved and infilled with a colour representation (mimic) diagram of the circuits. The panels aid the operator, simplify the operation and reduce the risk of control input errors. Typical Panels

Open Stainless Steel frame enclosure Stainless Steel enclosure with weather proof sealed doors Stainless Steel enclosure with Roller Shutter doors Optional weather-proof seals for maximum protection available for all units Full certification to various standards available (DNV 2.7-1) Wet Centre Reels Phuel have designed & manufactured the first All Stainless Steel full-bore Wet Centre Reels. All of our units can be fitted with Stainless Steel Hydraulic, or n Wet Centre Reels. The layout of the reels is highly configurable meaning that clients can specify the order and exact positioning of the reels. s The Modules can be mixed and matched to meet exact requirements. 4 Internal layout To further demonstrate the level of flexibility offered by the modular approach units can be assembled with wet centre reels on the back (Layout option 1) or on the side of the unit (Layout option 2) as shown on following layout sketch. Connection between individual modules is provided via flexible hoses.
