3 SEP 11 BORACAY Morning is scheduled to visit various hotels for inspection Depart for island-hopping with lunch Boracay is home to more than a dozen undeveloped beaches, turquoise waters and colorful coral reefs. Feast your eyes on the amazing scenery, snorkel and get a glimpse of the thriving sea life. The boat trip is for 4hours with a stopover at some amazing places in Boracay where you can go snorkeling and swimming. Snorkeling gears will be provided for you. CEBU TWIN CITY TOUR Trace the journey of Portuguese explorer Ferdinand Magellan when he landed in Cebu on April 1521, till his defeat by chieftain Lapu Lapu in the Battle of Mactan. Visit major landmarks in Cebu like Magellan s Cross, Fort San Pedro, Basilica of the Santo Nino and Casa Gorordo. Make a short stop at Museo Sa Sugbo, a showcase of archeological diggings and artifacts of Pre-Hispanic and Spanish eras. Cross over to Mactan Island to the National Shrine of Our Lady of the Rule; then drive to the final stop at the Liberty Shrine, site of the triumphant battle of Lapu Lapu over Magellan. 6 0900H Proceed to BOHOL COUNTRYSIDE TOUR WITH LUNCH A full day tour to the scenic countryside tour of Bohol. A beautiful showcase of history, culture and nature in one destination This tour brings you to the historic Blood Compact Shrine, a historical landmark commemorating the 1 st Treaty of Friendship between the east and the west before visiting the century-old Baclayon Church & Museum. Enroute to the Chocolate Hills, you drive through the lush Mahogany Man made Forest and the green farmlands in Bilar and Batuan. In Bilar visit a butterfly farm which showcases a variety of Philippine butterfly species. View the awesome cone-shaped hills known as the Chocolate Hills from a viewing deck on top of one of these hills. Drive back to Loboc for a 50 minute river cruise along nipa-lines River on board a native Catamaran. A sumptuous barbeque lunch is served on board. The river cruise will surely relax your body and mind as you view nature s beauty of rolling hills, graceful coconut trees and green nipapalms lining the riverbanks. After the cruise, the tour then brings you back to Tagbilaran, after a brief stop to see backyard industries in Loay (Nipa weaving and knife making). Onwards Rizal Park on scenic Roxas Boulevard, arrive in Intramuros, "The Walled City", to see ancient walls, church ruins and relics from Spain's Conquistadores.
