Delegates should note that there will be two meetings held. The first meeting commencing at 9.00am will be the CLC General Council meeting to elect the council officers. This meeting will be followed immediately by the CLC Council meeting. Clubs should ensure that their Council of Lifesaving Clubs Delegate is aware of this meeting and will attend. Should the club s delegate not be able to attend, then the club committee should inform the club s delegate proxy of the requirement to attend this meeting. A Proxy form is attached and can be lodged with Life Saving Victoria prior to the meeting or with the Meeting Chair immediately prior to the advertised commencement time of the meeting.
