L AAA Gymnastics Suitable for all abilities, our qualified coaches will teach you new skills or improve skills you already have. Active North Tyneside has teamed up with Relax Kids to offer sessions for young people aged 11+ who may be struggling with anxiety issues, or low self-esteem. This free six-week course will help your child: Relax and be calm Feel confident Focus and concentrate Be imaginative Develop creativity Classes are delivered by Relax Kids trainers and take place in a welcoming, supportive environment.
