3 Entry A double entry between Ballroom and Latin section is not allowed in all Events. I. Professional Asian Closed is restricted to dancing only for Asian competitors. (Asian nationality is required of either one of partners.) II. Application Deadline will be 10 th of January, 2016 and no late entries will be accepted. If you need the visa, deadline will be 18 th December, (Caution!: Tokyo and Korea event, All professionals need to get the entertainment visa) III. All entries will be acknowledged by FAX ( ) or (taku@takedadance.com). Exemption ( Japan ) Asian Open Professional Dance Championships Exemption from the First Round will be granted to those couples who danced in the Semi Final of the 2015 Asian Open Professional Dance Championships in Tokyo. Asian Closed Professional Dance Championships I. Exemption from the First and the Second Round will be granted to those couples who danced in the Final of the 2015 Asian Closed Professional Dance Championships in Tokyo. II. Exemption from the First Round will be granted to those couples who danced in the Semi Final of the 2015 Asian Closed Professional Dance Championships in Tokyo. III. Exemption from the First Round will be granted to those couples who made the top 12 in 2015 Asian Ranking. The exemptions only apply to the same partnership as existed in the aforesaid event, and not to the competitors individually. Exemption( Taiwan ) Exemption from the First Round will be granted to those who danced in the Final of 2015 Asian Dance Tour Taipei Open (Ballroom/Latin) on February 28 th, 2015 in Taiwan. The exemptions only apply to the same partnership as existed in the aforesaid event, and not to the competitors individually. Exemption (Korea) Korea Open International Dance Championships Exemption from the First Round will be granted to those couples who danced in the Semi Final of the 2015 Korea Open International Dance Championships. Asian Closed Professional Dance Championships I. Exemption from the First Round will be granted to those couples who danced in the Semi Finalist the 2015 Asian Closed

4 Professional Dance Championships in Korea. II. Exemption from the First Round will be granted to those couples who made the top 12 in 2015 Asian Ranking. The exemptions only apply to the same partnership as existed in the aforesaid event, and not to the competitors individually. Exemption(Hong Kong) Exemption for 1 st Round of Hong Kong Open Professional will be granted to those who ranked Top 6 in WDC Professional World Ranking after 2016 UK Open Championships at the time of the closing date.(the exemptions only apply to the same partnership and not to the competitors individually.) Exemption ( De Qing City in Zhe Jiang Province, China ) Exemption from the First Round will be granted to those who danced in the Semi Final of 2015 Asian Open Dance Tour China Open ( Ballroom/ Latin )on March 5 th, 2015 in China. The exemptions only apply to the same partnership as existed in the aforesaid event, and not to the competitors individually. Prize Money ( Tokyo ) All competitors will be required to pay 20.42% income tax out of the prize money in Tokyo competition. Prize Money will be paid in US dollars ($). The prize money for the two couples who become tie in a final will be the sum of the prize money for the tie ranking placement and the prize money for its next lower ranking placement divided by two. Prize Money ( De Qing China, Taipei, Korea, Hong Kong ) All competitors will be required to pay 20% income tax out of the prize money stated above. Prize Money will be paid in US dollars ($). Accommodation (Hong Kong) The Organizer will provide complimentary hotel accommodation in the official hotel for two nights on the 8 th March & 9 th March 2016 per couple. Couples qualified for complimentary accommodation are those: 1. Who ranked Top 24 in WDC Professional World Ranking after the addition of the 2016 UK Open Championships, and 2. Who ranked Top 12 in 2015 Asian Ranking, and 3. Who ranked Top 6 in WDC Amateur League World Ranking, after the addition of the 2016 UK Open Championships. The accommodation but must be enrolled and informed to the organizer your Flight Detail before 31 st January Otherwise, the rooms will be cancelled. All other couples are required to make their own hotel reservations and to bear all relevant charges.

5 Accommodation (De Qing, China) The organizer will provide two free hotel night for the couples who are ranking top 12 for professional Latin Open and Ballroom Open as well as couples who are ranking top 6 for professional Latin Closed and Ballroom Closed in2015 World ranking, World series, Asia Dance Tour. Amateur couples who are ranking top 6 for amateur Latin and Ballroom Open in 2015 World ranking, World series, Asian Dance Tour. The organizer provide pick-up service at the Hang Zhou Airport, pick-up service will finish at 11:30 pm before the competition day. Couples and adjudicators need to send your arriving and departing time by before one week of the competition day. Visa Required: All couples and adjudicators who need the invitation letter need to provide the passport copy by . Accommodation(Tokyo) The organizer will provide a twin-room at the official hotel, on the day before and on the day of competition, for couples who made the last 24 in 2015 World Super Series Asian Open Professional Dance Championships in Japan, and also for the couples who rank within top 12 in 2015 Asian Ranking. For the Amateur couples who rank within top 6 in 2015 Asian Open Tokyo. However, all are on condition that you are asked to fill in the hotel accommodation application form which is enclosed with the confirmation notice that is sent from us after your entry is accepted. In condition the hotel application must be returned to us until 30 th January Accommodation ( Korea ) The organizer will provide a twin-room at the official hotel, on the day before and on the day of competition, for couples who made the last 24 in 2015 WDC Rank and also for the couples who rank within finalist in 2015 Korea Open Asian Closed Latin & Ballroom and for the couples who rank in top 12 in ADC ranking For the Amateur couples who rank within finalist in 2015 Korea Open Amateur Latin & Ballroom. The accommodation but must be enrolled and informed us your Flight details before February 1 st, Otherwise, we will cancel your rooms. Accommodation(Taiwan) A) Provide a twin-room at the official hotel, on 27 th February & 28 th February is as following overseas couples: 1, Couples who within Top48 for Professional Latin and Ballroom in
