3 Entry A double entry between Ballroom and Latin section is not allowed in all Events. I. Professional Asian Closed is restricted to dancing only for Asian competitors. (Asian nationality is required of either one of partners.) II. Application Deadline will be 15 th of January, 2014 and no late entries will be accepted. If you need the visa, deadline will be 18 th December, (Caution!: Tokyo and Korea event, All professionals need to get the entertainment visa) III. All entries will be acknowledged by FAX ( ) or (taku@takedadance.com). Exemption ( Japan ) Asian Open Professional Dance Championships Exemption from the First Round will be granted to those couples who danced in the Semi Final of the 2013 Asian Open Professional Dance Championships in Tokyo. Asian Closed Professional Dance Championships I. Exemption from the First and the Second Round will be granted to those couples who danced in the Final of the 2013 Asian Closed Professional Dance Championships in Tokyo. II. Exemption from the First Round will be granted to those couples who danced in the Semi Final of the 2013 Asian Closed Professional Dance Championships in Tokyo. III. Exemption from the First Round will be granted to those couples who made the top 12 in 2013 Asian Ranking. 4 Exemption(Macau) Exemption for 1st Round of Macau Open Professional will be granted to those who ranked Top 6 in WDC Professional World Ranking after 2014 UK Open Championships at the time of the closing date. ( The exemptions only Apply to the same partnership and not to the competitors individually.) Prize Money (Tokyo) All competitors will be required to pay 20.42% income tax out of the prize money in Tokyo competition. Prize Money will be paid in US dollars ($). Prize Money ( Hangzhou, Taipei, Korea, Macau) All competitors will be required to pay 20% income tax out of the prize money stated above. Prize Money will be paid in US dollars ($). Accommodation (Hangzhou) The organizer will provide a twin room at the official hotel on the day before and on the day of competition, for couples who made the last 24 in 2013 World Super Series Asian Open Pro. Dance Championships in Japan and also for couples who ranked within top 12 in Asian Ranking, for the Amateur couples who rank within top 6 in Asian Open Tokyo. Accommodation(Tokyo) The organizer will provide a twin-room at the official hotel, on the day before and on the day of competition, for couples who made the last 24 in 2013 World Super Series Asian Open Professional Dance Championships in Japan, and also for the couples who rank within top 12 in 2013 Asian Ranking. For the Amateur couples who rank within top 6 in 2013 Asian Open Tokyo. However, all are on condition that you are asked to fill in the hotel accommodation application form which is enclosed with the confirmation notice that is sent from us after your entry is accepted. In condition the hotel application must be returned to us 3 weeks prior to the competition. Accommodation(Taiwan) A) Provide a twin-room at the official hotel, on 27 th February & 28 th February is as following overseas couples: 1, The Europe, North America, African, Australian couples. 2, Couples entry Pro./ Ama.event. 3, Couples within Top 12 in 2013 Asian Ranking. B) Provide a twin-room one at the official hotel on 28 th February for the Asian countries couples who entry Open Pro. or Open Ama.event. C) Extra night /room is NT.3,900. (USD130.) with breakfast, cash only no credit card. Please pay your accommodation fees to our staff when you register in the hotel on 27 th Feb The couples must be enrolled your accommodation and informed us your Flight detail before 31 st Jan Otherwise, we will cancel your rooms. Accommodation ( Korea ) The organizer will provide a twin-room at the official hotel, on the day before and on the day of competition, for couples who made the last 24 in 2013 WDC Rank and also for the couples who rank within finalist in 2013 Korea Open Asian Closed Latin & Ballroom. For the Amateur couples who rank within finalist in 2013 Korea Open Amateur Latin & Ballroom. The accommodation but must be enrolled and informed us your Flight detail before January 31 st, Otherwise, we will cancel your rooms. Accommodation (Macau) The organizer will provide complimentary hotel accommodation in the official hotel for two nights on the 7 th March & 8 th March 2014 per couple. Qualified couples are those: 1. Who ranked Top24 in WDC Professional World Ranking after the addition of the 2014 UK Open Championship, and 2. Who ranked Top12 in 2013 Asian Ranking, and 3. Who ranked Top6 in WDC Amateur League World Ranking, after the Addition of the 2014 UK Open Championship. Remarks: ( All other couples are required to make their own hotel reservations and to bear all relevant charges.)
