SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS Summary of positive remarks *This is a very nice and good tournament, organized very well by thetournament Director and his staff.all the tournament people,a nice group of volunteers, did their utmost to run a successful event, fulfilling their tasks very well,efficiently. Transport service was on request.nice tennis facilities.there are 8 outdoor clay courts and the indoor hall consists of 3 synthetic courts in a row.good restaurant on site, and it is good to provide the players with free meal tickets on the day they have a MD match. Very good and most useful to have 8 walkie-talkies. Very good work from the physio and stringer. The groundsmen, a group of enthusiastic youngsters, did very good job. Conditions and procedures requiring improvements *Transportation services worked well, except once, a player pickup one morning. A pickup time must not be changed without having a direct contact with the player. type of ball indicated on the factsheet should be used. *The Suggestions for future events *It would be good to have higher court separations, between courts 5 and 6, and courts 3 and 4. *To add some atmosphere, it might be good, pleasant to play some music, songs at changeovers. General remarks (add separate paper if needed) *This is a tournament run very well, in a nice club and in a nice and very friendly atmosphere where the players are well looked after, which is much appreciated by everybody.
