4 20 Courts 4 court mats 21 Conditions The draw will be conducted under the BWF General Competition Regulations. 22 Withdrawals Please ensure that the organizer will be informed immediately when a player has to withdraw, together with the reason. Attention: Any withdrawal after the Sunday immediately preceding the draw, for any reason whatsoever, renders the Member Association concerned liable to an amount of $ for the inconvenience caused by the withdrawal (as defined in BWF General Competition Regulations). ( badmintonperu@gmail.com) 24 Transportation Peruvian Badminton Federation will offer transportation from the airport to the official Hotel, and the venue, only when booking for the Official Hotels. Transportation services are provided at a fee of US $ per participant/coach or official that are not accommodated in the official hotels. TOURNAMENT OFFICIAL HOTELS Accommodation Please contact badmintonperu@gmail.com for your reservations and additional information, no later than, March 08 th, Any other accommodation request after this date cannot be quarantined. Please keep into consideration that hotels have a limited number of available rooms and that requests will be answered in order of their appearance.
