Bataan Death March 20 miles. Doing at least 10,000 steps/day. Walking with friends. Biking; relaxing with friends/family. Lawn mowing is great therapy. Walk my dog at least 5 x / week. Run a marathon and then begin lifting small weights. Exercise more eat less have fun! Lose 20 lbs!! All this stress packed on the pounds! I have a program/work-out schedule all set. Lose 10 lbs by eating better and less, exercising, daily and running after my 13 month old. Swim 3 times a week; go bike riding with family; incorporate more movement into family time. Take the dog on daily walk- practice mindfulness; exercise routine Go to yoga 3x a week Cottage Grove Middle School Gardening, water aerobics, lake time Read more books; drink fruit-infused water Go to Farmer s Market regularly Swim 3x a week; read for fun Keep on with my exercise schedule; maintain weight; feel great all the time I am going to ride my new bike! I feel like it is Xmas! Trying essential oils Go to Jazzercise 5x a week. Sit on my deck and enjoy peace, the outdoors, and the flowers Ride my bike every day Middleton Elementary Download the couch to 5K app on phone and follow the training program so I can run/jog a 5K in the fall I plan to walk every day I m pregnant and need to keep walking! I also will be spending some downtime reading on the lake! Hoping to work out at least a few times a week and eat healthier! I would LOVE to have time to read and do a puzzle. Using my 4 sessions of personal training which I won at the Middleton Carnival; hiking and exploring on Burntside Lake in Ely in June; celebrating our 25 th anniversary this summer by taking a 2-week vacation; walking with my family and possibly taking up spinning. My husband does it 3 times/week. Ride my bicycle 10 miles 3 times per week. Run every day; go on a week long canoeing/backpacking adventure in the BWCA, READ! Walk/run every day; swim once a week; read a book a week Plan to walk every day with the dog and without. I also plan on reading at least 4 books this summer; lose 30 pounds. Run a fall ultramarathon. Golf 2 times per week. Read 1 book a month. Enjoy! Daily Geocaching; tending my vineyard (30 degree incline); hammock relaxation time; 15 min of vitamin D; weekly personal dance parties (every Tuesday?) Get back into shape walking, doing pilates and yoga. Reading books that are NOT school appropriate. Run 3 races; read 6 books Walk more; bike with my kids; read books for fun; yoga with a friend; plan my own garden. Read a book a week; walk ever day; weed more; drink more water; eat lots of fruits and veggies and less carbs. Walk my dog and go to the gym with my workout buddy! Refresh house by painting and purging with the old and in with the new, explore bike trails with my new bike and reconnect with friends I lose track of during the school year.

Preserve one new food and ferment one new food. Sessions with a trainer; running; tennis; biking To remember to make time for myself, family and friends and to not work too hard Ride my bike more. Build up to 10 miles+ ride Walk 4-5 miles 4-5 times a week Sea kayak more; walk dog; meditate; yoga at least 3 times per week Do a 5K without stopping to walk in the middle Spend more time finding balance with relaxation whether it s a new hobby like gardening, reading more, working on arts and crafts, etc. I am a very active person by nature incorporating several physical activities that will not be compromised but this is the summer to find a well-rounded much needed balance by means of slowing down Regular activity, including walking/running, biking, swimming and lifting weights. East Ridge High School Exercise 150 minutes/week Work out daily (with my new ipad yah!); ride my bike to places verses driving; continue to learn the ukulele. Learn how to code; exercise, explore (camping, hiking, etc); create new lessons for biology. Run 3 times per week; read at least 2 books; finish grad school class. Read; walk; relax! See friends. Biking! Walk every day yes! Big goal.move more! Read a book a week.always! I plan on reading books, sleeping for 8 hours, and recharging for next year. And taking care of 2 small kids, which means probably not recharging very much:)

Getting photo albums caught up. Something new you d like to try? Possibly mowing our church's huge lawn. I have always wanted to try using a riding lawn mower. :) Walk every day? Absolutely! Find a wellness/workout buddy? My son is my workout buddy and he keeps me going when I think I have nothing left. Read a book a week? Wish I could. There is little time for reading except on airplane rides and I do get to go on one this year. How will you relax?
