9 STADIUM REGULATIONS AT SARPSBORG STADION We are happy to welcome you to the stadium. For your own and all spectators safety we want to draw your attention to the following important rules and regulations: Entry to the stadium is expressly subject to acceptance by the visitor of Norwegian Law, these stadiums rules and regulations of FIFA, UEFA, Norwegian Football Association, Norsk Toppfotball in respect of the relevant competition. Entry to the stadium shall constitute acceptance of the stadium regulations. In the interest of safety, all spectators must only occupy the seat allocated to them with their match ticket. No movement is allowed. Persons occupying the wrong seat will be evicted. The obstructions of access ways, exits and entrances, stairways and like places is strictly forbidden. Nobody entering the stadium shall be permitted to climb any structures within the stadium. All persons entering the stadium accept that the organizer s right to search any person entering the stadium and to refuse entry to or eject from the stadium any person refusing to submit to such a search. The following articles must not be brought within the stadium: o Knives, weapons or any article that might be used as a weapon and/or compromise public safety o Fireworks - Pyrotechnics o Smoke canisters o Bottles of glass or plastic o Alcohol or other types of drugs o Any audio, visual or audio-visual material for recording or transmission o Animals o Any banners or flags with commercial, religious, pornographic, political, human or racist meaning o Laser devices Smoking in not allowed in the stadium The organizer is NOT responsible for any accident/injury, loss or damages to persons/property in or around the stadium. -->

10 STADIUM REGULATIONS No guarantees can be given by the organizer that the event will take place in a particular date and the organizer reserves the right to reschedule the event without notice and without any liability whatsoever. There will be NO refund of any ticket costs, travel costs etc. if an event is abandoned. Persons influenced by alcohol or any other kind of drugs will be rejected from the stadium. No goods (including literature) of any nature may be distributed or offered either free or for sale by any person within the stadium without permission of the organizer. A television surveillance system is in function outside and inside of the stadium. Mobile telephones are permitted within the stadium, provided that they are used for personal or private use only. Tickets may not be offered for sale within the stadium area without the prior written permission by the organizer. Any individual who has entered any part of the stadium designated for the use of any group of supporters to which he does not belong, may be ejected from the stadium either for the purpose of his own security or any other reason. All times whilst present in the stadium, persons must comply with any and all instructions of the organizer, any steward or police officer. The organizer reserves absolutely the right to eject from the Ground any persons failing to comply with any of the Stadium Regulations.

11 PROHIBITED COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES IN NORWAY To whom it may concern Oslo The Football Association of Norway hereby inform that commercial activities related to alcohol, tobacco and betting companies is prohibited in Norway. Thus, according to the UEFA Kit regulations edition 2012 article 32.02: Any bans or restrictions stemming from the national legislation of the country in which, a UEFA competition match is taking place, also apply, no teams playing in Norway may advertise such products in any way while they are playing in Norway. Tobacco: All forms of advertising for tobacco products are prohibited. Tobacco products must not be included in the advertising of other goods or services. A brand that is primarily known as a tobacco brand can not be used in advertising for other goods or services, as long as the current brand is used in conjunction with a tobacco product. Alcohol: Advertising for alcoholic beverages is prohibited. The prohibition also applies to advertising for other goods with the same brand or characteristics as alcoholic beverages. Such goods must also not be included in the advertisement of other goods or services. Betting: Without the lawfully permission, it is not allowed to convey gambling in connection with sports competitions and other competitions. It is prohibited to advertise, publish to the public or otherwise distribute announcements about foreign gambling relating to sports competitions and other competitions. The visiting club s press officer will send a full list of accreditation requests to the home club s press officer in Sarpsborg 08 FF with a copy to UEFA staff by the Friday before the match at the latest. UEFA-REGULATIONS In official matches, the UEFA rules are to be followed. For pre- and post-match press conferences, special guidelines, concerning interviews and admittance areas, will be given when you arrive at the press centre before the match. Non-right holder s TV photographers must leave their TV cameras to Sarpsborg press officials during the match. ARRIVAL MATCH DAY -1 Car parking on reserved area outside the Stadium. 15 WELCOME TO SARPSBORG While there have been settlements at this site for as long as 7,000 years, Sarpsborg itself was founded by Norwegian King Olav Haraldsson (later St. Olav, Norway s patron saint) as he sailed up the river Glomma in the year He was stopped by the massive waterfall Sarpsfossen, and chose the site as his capital. Today Sarpsborg can offer a multitude of activities both indoors and outdoors, in the scenic forests, by the lakes or the sea.
