OFFICIAL RULES Description of Contest: This is a dart league player recruiting contest that awards prizes to winning JJVA league players that recruit qualified NEW players into a J&J Ventures Amusements Player Reward Program Dart League. Player/Contestants must meet certain league play requirements in order to relate their league experience to potential recruits and to utilize tournament and league entry prizes. Player/Contestants can increase their likelihood of winning a prize by recruiting additional NEW players as well as reaching certain recruiting milestones. Contest Period: Contest runs from Aug 1, 2018 through 11:59 p.m. October 31, 2019 Winner determined by random draw of eligible entries to be held at the JJVA All League Dart Challenge in November 2019 and YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE PRESENT TO WIN any prize. How to enter: Every time you recruit a qualified New player in the JJVA Dart League program during the contest period your name along with the name of your recruit will be held for possible entry into the Recruiting Contest drawing. How to win: At the end of the contest period, for each qualified New player that meets the eligibility and minimum play requirements in the JJVA Dart League program during the contest period, your name along with the name of the recruited player will be entered as a single entry into the pool of entries. A drawing will be conducted at the JJVA All League Dart Challenge in November 2019 to determine the prize winners. If selected, each name on the entry (recruiter and recruit) will be awarded the respective prizes listed.

3 New Player: Any player at least 21 years of age that has played less than 4 J&J Ventures Amusements, or JJVA acquisition league matches of any type (pool or dart leagues including junior & remote) during the period from August 1, 2017 to July 31, To be counted as a New Player the New Player must complete at least 8 nights of J&J Ventures Amusements Player Reward Program League play in the JJVA dart league program during the contest period. A New Player may only be counted as a New Player one time and by only one contestant regardless of whether the New Player competes in more than one league or not. A New Player that has already deemed to have been recruited by one player based upon the first or earliest verification form is ineligible to be recruited by another contestant regardless of that contestant s eligibility status or whether or not that contestant remains eligible by virtue of game play requirements, disqualification or any other reason. A contestant may not transfer credit for a New Player recruited by him or her to any other contestant for any reason. Contestant Eligibility: Open to any J&J Ventures Amusements league player 21 years of age that completes at least 8 nights of league play during the contest period. A New Player can also be a League Builder Recruiting Contest contestant. Ineligible: J&J Venture s employees, immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) or household members of employees are ineligible. Employees, outside contractors, agents and representatives (whether paid or unpaid) of a dart game manufacturer, distributor or operator or a competing dart league operator are ineligible. A contestant may not be an owner, manager, employee or representative of any JJVA dart league location. Additionally, a contestant may not hold or be an applicant for an Illinois Video Gaming Location License or be an agent, PSIC manager, employee or representative for any person or entity that holds or has applied for an Illinois Video Gaming Location License. Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the contest constitutes full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein. Verification: New players must indicate on the Verification Form the name of their recruiter and verify with their (the new player s) signature. Since New Players are required to play a minimum of 8 nights of league play, signed Verification Forms must be submitted by the recruiting contestant to the Sponsor as indicated on the form or photos/scanned images of the forms ed. Forms must be postmarked or ed no later than 14 days after the signing or first night of league play of the New Player. New Players may not be registered after September 30, Sponsor shall not be liable or responsible for any verification forms lost or delayed by the U.S Postal service or any other means of delivery. Verification forms should be submitted by mail to: League Operations; J&J Ventures Amusements; P.O. Box 1709; Effingham, IL Forms may also be submitted by to leagues@jjventures.com. Forms submitted by should also use the read receipt option. No Purchase Necessary: You can be a recruiter or recruited player without having to play in a JJVA league. This can be accomplished by fulfilling the time obligations that are the same as a regular league player recruiter or new player recruit. Complete the League Builder Recruiting Contest sign-up form. In the section Team Playing On enter Non-Player. Indicate the League Name that you wish to participate in as a non-player. Mail that form to us prior to the start of league scheduling as indicated on our website or Facebook page. You will be assigned to a team as a non-player. Follow that team s league schedule on-line and show up at the required number of league matches the same as a regular league

4 player. For verification purposes, for each night of league attendance take a picture of yourself with both competing teams. Print and send a copy of the photo within 5 business days of the league play date by US Postal Service to J&J Ventures Amusements, Attn: League Builder Recruiting Contest, P.O. Box 1709, Effingham, IL Winner Notification: Winners will be announced and posted on the Sponsor s website and Facebook page ( & Prizes: Prizes are not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If the Grand Prize-winning contestant is unable to commit to take the travel prize by January 30, 2020 then the prize will be rescinded and may or may not be re-awarded at the sponsor s discretion. Winning contestants are responsible for any applicable state and federal taxes associated with winning a prize. Grand Prize: Bullshooter Europe 2020 Championship Trip (Approx. value $1, each) Round trip airfare and 5-7 nights double occupancy accommodations for the recruited player and his recruiter in Salou, Spain and/or other venues on the itinerary during the Bullshooter Europe 2020 Championship Tournament. Event Entry Fees into Bullshooter Europe 2020 Championship Tournament events in which the player(s) may be eligible to compete under Bullshooter Europe rules. The sponsor will not be held responsible for any rules of the event that may disqualify a player from participation. Restrictions: o Departure and return dates will be determined by the sponsor. o Sponsor reserves the right to select airline, hotel, room type and travel schedule based upon best available rates. o Air travel and lodging changes and other expense items outside the scope of the original Grand Prize parameters requested by the winner shall be at the winner s expense. Contact Sponsor for details. 2 nd Place Prize: (Awarded to the recruiter and the associated new recruit on the selected entry) All JJVA League Fees from PRP leagues paid excluding cost of games for the PRP season (June 1, May 30, 2020 in form of rebate at end of season). Only for matches scheduled in the listed time frame. Does not include make-up matches or matches played ahead. Does not include Extreme Team or any other co-op leagues. (Approx. value $0.00 to $ each depending on number of league matches played) 3 rd Place Prize: (Awarded to the recruiter and the associated new recruit on the selected entry) 2 Nights Hotel for each and all entry fees paid for the 2020 JJVA PRP Finale or JJVA North PRP Finale. (Approx. value $ each) Restrictions to receive prizes: Proof of ability to accept Prizes is required by all winning contestants. If a player is deemed ineligible to receive or accept the travel prize for any reason including but not limited to government-imposed travel restrictions, inability to take time off, illness or any other reason then the applicable prize will be awarded to the next eligible player according to the Trip Award Precedence and Tie-breaker Rules.

5 Disqualification: New players that are disqualified from league participation under normal league rules during the contest period will not be counted toward their recruiter s player count. Contestants that are disqualified from league participation under normal league rules during the contest period will be disqualified from the contest. Contestants or players may be disqualified for reasons that would damage the integrity of the contest and the J&J Ventures Amusements league program including but not limited to any of the following: Cheating, misrepresentation of the J&J Ventures Amusement league program or associated prizes, unsportsmanlike conduct or any other infraction that damages the integrity of the program whether the infraction takes place during this contest or during any JJVA league or tournament event. J&J Ventures Amusements league management shall have sole and final discretion in application of this rule. Any disqualification may result in prize(s) being revoked. Additional Legalese: Sponsor: The sponsor of this contest is J&J Ventures Amusements located at 1400 S. Raney, St., Effingham, IL Odds of Winning: There are 6 total prizes. The odds of winning are based upon the actual number of entries. No Purchase Required: There is no additional purchase or fee required to compete in this contest nor will a purchase of any kind enhance your odds of winning. Skills and Effort Required: Salesmanship, recruiting ability, ability to contact potential new players, knowledge of the program, products and services as well as the ability to explain the same. Recruiters should be familiar with the Sponsor s league programs, rules and prizes to enhance their recruiting ability. Contestants that are skilled in relating details of the Sponsor s programs should have an advantage when recruiting new players. Use of Name and/or likeness: By participating in this contest a contestant agrees that J&J Ventures Amusements is granted the right to use their name or photograph(s), etc. in announcements and marketing materials promoting this event or similar future events. Unforeseen events: The sponsor (JJVA) is not affiliated with Bullshooter Europe, its ownership or its management and as such cannot be held responsible should the Bullshooter Europe event be cancelled, postponed or have rule changes that would make contest winners ineligible to compete. Should some unforeseen issue occur that would drastically affect the sponsor s ability to award the prize or the prize winner s ability to participate, the sponsor reserves the right to provide a substitute prize at its discretion.
