April 2018 Park Plaza Sweepstakes Promotional Rules Park Plaza Hotels Europe BV ( PPHE or the Promoter ) provides these Park Plaza Sweepstakes promotional rules (the Promotion Rules ) which set out the specific rules for the Park Plaza Sweepstakes promotion (the Promotion or the Sweepstakes ). 1. Rules: By entering the Promotion, you (the Entrant ) are deemed to have read and agree to abide by these Promotional Rules and PPHE s prize draw rules (the General Rules ) located at (collectively the Rules ). 2. The Sweepstakes is run in two phases (respectively Phase 1 and Phase 2 ). Entry requirements 3. To have a chance at winning a prize in the Sweepstakes you must submit a valid entry ( Entry ). To submit an Entry, you must accurately complete all of the required fields on official Sweepstakes landing page during the Duration of the Sweepstakes (see below). The person providing the Entry must - be 18 years of age or older at the time of submitting an entry, - not a current employee of the Promoter or its affiliated businesses, - be a resident of a member state of the European Union at the time of entering the Promotion, - provide a valid address for contact purposes related strictly to the Sweepstakes, - allow the Promoter to use their first name and first initial of their surname to publicize their winning the sweepstakes on social media and on landing pages of future contests, promotions and sweepstakes offered by the Promoter or its affiliates. 4. The weekly Sweepstakes winners are selected by a random drawing of the Entries submitted for the respective week. The main prize winners are selected by a random drawing of all Entries submitted during the respective Phase.

2 5. No purchase is necessary to enter nor is enrolment into Promotor s newsletter required. 6. You may enter the Sweepstakes for both Phases. However, entering in Phase 1 will not enter you in Phase 2. You will need to submit a valid Entry for each Phase for which you wish to enter and do so in accordance with these Rules. Conditions of Entry 7. Entries cannot be considered for or win more than 1 weekly prize per phase. 8. Your Entry will only be included in the Sweepstakes for the next prize drawing occurring after your entry is submitted. Entries will not be considered for past weekly prizes or future weekly prizes beyond the next upcoming weekly prize drawing. 9. Winners for the main prize of the Phase are selected at random from the pool of all valid entries submitted during that Phase. All entries received in a particular phase will be part of the drawing for the main prize of that phase, irrespective of the participation in and/or winning of a weekly prize in that phase10. Entries are valid for only 1 weekly drawing of the respective Phase. You must submit your Entry for the week in each Phase for which you wish to have your entry considered. See the chart below for the exact opening and closing periods for each week and the prize for the week. 11. Submitting more than one entry during a Phase will not increase your likelihood of winning during that Phase. 12. Duration of the Promotion: Enter the Promotion during one or both of the two Phases: - Phase 1: From 09:30 CET, Monday 9 April 2018 CET to 23:59 CET on 29 April 2018 inclusive. - Phase 2: From 09:30 CET, Wednesday 9 May 2018 to 23:59 CET Tuesday 22 May 2018 CET 23:59 CET inclusive. - The promotion will pause between 00:00 CET on Monday 30 April 2018 to 09:29 CET on Wednesday 9 May 2018 (inclusive). No entries will be accepted during this period. The Promoter has the right to change the promotional end date/time at any time by posting the updated End Date on the landing pages or prior to the promotional end date. 13. Official Sweepstakes landing page: Entries can only be accepted if submitted in the designated fields on the Sweepstakes landing pages. or No other method of entry will be accepted. Both pages submission pages provide identical entry points, entering on both pages will not increase your odds of winning. Weekly prize winners will be notified by within 48 hours of drawing the weekly winners for the respective week. During each Phase of the Sweepstakes, weekly winners will be selected after the closing date and time of the weekly drawing as listed in the above chart. Main prize winners will be selected after the closing time of each respective Phase. 16. Winners will be notified by (to the address provided in the Entry) of their prize. We will contact each prize winner by to: confirm that he or she has read and agreed to the Rules and to gather any necessary contact information to facilitate the award and redemption of the appropriate prize. 17. Each winner has until Friday, 15 June 2018 to acknowledge their winning by responding to the sent by PPHE (either by replying to the or following any directions contained in the ). Failure to acknowledge the winning by 23:59 CET on 15 January 2018, will constitute a

5 forfeiture of the prize and an alternative winner will be chosen at random. The prizes are nonexchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. 18. Prizes Redemption Rules: The main prizes includes a VIP weekend at the Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam and Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London- both of which include 2 consecutive nights stay for 2 adults in a Superior Room (breakfast and taxes included)- and are dependent to the following conditions -, The stay must be booked latest by 1 October 2018 and is valid for stays from 15 June October 2018 (inclusive). The booking must be made at least 4 weeks in advance of the stay dates. The dates are subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel expenses are not included Bookings can be made by contacting us at onlinemarketing@pphe.com 7.2. The weekly prizes include prizes such as: a meal for 2 at one of PPHE Hotel Group s restaurants (as provided in the above chart), Merlin 4-in1 attraction passes and Eurostar vouchers. These prizes are subject to the following redemption conditions. Meal prizes: All meal prizes are valid from 15 June October 2018 (inclusive). All restaurant reservation must be made at least 7 days in advance. Alcoholic beverages are not included in meal prizes. Eurostar Vouchers: Eurostar voucher worth EUR 75 will be issued on the date requested by the prize winners. Validity and usage are subject to Eurostar s terms and conditions. Eurostar voucher must be issued by 31 August If the winners do not claim their vouchers with a starting date of 31 August as the latest, the prize will become invalid. Merlin 4-in-1 Attraction passes: Merlin 4-in-1 attraction passes include Madame Tussauds London, Sea Life London, London Eye and Shrek s Adventure London. Passes will be issued on the date requested by the prize winners (but no later than 31 August 2018). Validity and usage are subject to Merlin s terms and conditions.

6 Merlin 4-in-1 attraction passes must be issued by 31 August If the winners do not claim their passes with a starting date of 31 August as the latest, the prize will become invalid and will be considered forfeited. No alternative prize or award will be owed. Promotion of Winning 19. Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the Sweepstakes which may include the publication of their name and any additional information that they wish to share. Such promotion may be carried out in any media, including social media and any of Promotor s webpages. 20. Entrants understand that we may use their first name and first initial of their surname as submitted in the entry to publicize their winning the sweepstakes on social media and on landing pages of future contests, promotions and sweepstakes offered by the Promoter or its affiliates. 21. Consent for promotion will be requested along with the notification of winning. The redemption of prizes does not depend of this consent. Data Privacy & Security 22. Unless otherwise specified herein these Rules, personal data supplied during the course of the Promotion may be passed on to third party suppliers or affiliates only insofar as required for fulfillment/delivery/arrangement of the prize. General conditions 23. PPHE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and remove any entry that does not comply with the following requirements, even after the entry has been submitted: if the Entry is deemed invalid or incomplete or made as a result of cheating or failing to follow these Rules. 24. You cannot enter on behalf of another person or provide the address of anyone other than yourself. 25. PPHE accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind. 26. PPHE reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Rules. 27. PPHE reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Sweepstakes where it becomes necessary to do so. 28. Insofar as is permitted by law, PPHE, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of PPHE, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. 29. The Promotion will be governed by English law and entrants to the Promotion submit to the
