Targa 165 Category Competitors wishing to be classified in the Targa 165 Class are to notify the Event Secretary before 0830hrs Thursday 9 th August. 3. Bunbury Scrutiny Competitors who live south of Mandurah, may choose to be Scrutineered in Bunbury. They are to notify the Event Secretary. Documentation is to be completed at RallyHQ. Amend SR 15.5 Restricted Speed Zone Penalties There will be Restricted Speed Zones in the Kalamunda East and Kalamunda Stages. They are 1400m in length and Crews will be required to travel the distance at a Maximum Speed of 80km/h. i.e. Enter at 80km/h and Exit at 80km/h. The following rules will apply: a) A RallySafe System will be used to determine the Entry, Exit and the speed of the vehicles through the zone. The System will notify when the maximum speed is being reached and exceeded. b) Approach warning boards will be erected at 300m, 200m and 100m prior to the start of a Restricted Speed Zone. The RallySafe System will count down the distance to the Restricted Speed Zone. c) The start and finish of the zone will be designated by boards Start Restricted Speed Zone and Finish Restricted Speed Zone. This will also be shown on the RallySafe System. d) The RallySafe System will show the distance and time to the end of the Zone e) Overtaking is permissible within the Zone where there is a significant speed difference between vehicles. Vehicles must not accelerate to overtake a vehicle in front and then slow down so as to impede that vehicle s progress. Officials appointed by the Organisers will observe any undisciplined overtaking. f) Vehicles must not impede another Driver. The following penalties will apply for actions within a Restricted Speed Zone: Entry or Exit Speed in excess of 80kmh but less than 85kmh hour 1 second Entry or Exit Speed of 85kmh or above but less than 90kmh hour 2 seconds Entry or Exit Speed of 90kmh or above 10 seconds Exceeding a Maximum Speed of 90kmh in the Zone after 100m from the Entry 10 seconds Traversing the Restricted Speed Zone at more than 80kmh average speed (63seconds) 2 seconds per each second gained. RallySafe will count the time and distance to the RSZ Exit. The Stewards may determine such other penalties as may be deemed fit, in addition to the penalties outlined above.

Forrestfield & High Wycombe Community Bank branches Bendigo Bank Award The competitor with the combined least amount of accumulated difference between the Bendigo Bank Kalamunda East 1 & 2 and the Bendigo Bank Kalamunda 1 & 2 will win $500 i.e Kalamunda East 1 7:39 plus Kalamunda East 2 7:37 difference = 2 seconds Kalamunda 1 7:58 plus Kalamunda 2 7:57 difference = 1 seconds Accumulated difference is 3 seconds In case of more than one competitor having the same difference, RallySafe Split Second Timing will be used to determine the lower time. If this is still the same time, the Prize Money will be divided between the winners. 6. Itinerary The current Itinerary is attached. 7. Drifting Demonstration After Malaga 1, 2 & 3 on Sunday, the ADGP Team will be doing Drifting Demonstration on Malaga Drive for approximate 4 minutes each time, to entertain the crowd and to take the pressure off from the public asking for the road to be open which happens when the road is empty of activity.
