THE BURGH: The Dodgers continue their seven-game road trip (3-1) tonight with the second of four games against the Pirates at PNC Park following last night s 6-5 win in 12 innings. The team will return to Los Angeles Friday for a brief three-game homestand against the Brewers over the weekend. The Dodgers have already clinched the season series over the Pirates by winning all four matchups between the clubs this year, but have gone just 9-15 (.375) against Pittsburgh since From , Los Angeles posted a National League-best (.720) record against the Pirates. GRANDY SLAM: Curtis Granderson s seventh-inning grand slam last night was the Dodgers eighth grand slam of the year, tying for the third most in franchise history. Overall, he ranks among the NL leaders in batting average (.306, 12 th ), doubles (30, T-5 th ) and OBP (.392, 10 th ). Seager also ranks seventh in the NL with a.375 batting average with RISP (30-for-80). Tonight will be Seager s 299 th career game, and he already has the most hits for any Los Angeles player through the first 300 games of their career (359).
