2 KIWL (Knights in White Lycra) An amateur international group of men & women of all ages and abilities, getting fit & giving back through sport & social events. Raising funds and awareness for disadvantaged children in Japan

3 KIWL s 2019 Charity - YouMeWe YouMeWe helps abused, neglected and orphaned children in care homes prepare for adult life. They offer support programs that increase a child's opportunity to become a productive and financially independent young adult in their community. They help develop critical skills like language, writing and digital literacy, and increasing confidence, leading to new opportunities. Tutoring, internships, and guidance on higher education offer children further support. Developed skills, communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of options help set kids on the right path towards successful independence in life beyond care. KIWL s mission in 2019 is to raise funds for YMW s Digital Citizens program, enabling children to gain digital literacy including programming and coding, giving them employable skills for adult life.

4 KIWL 500 Rider Commitment Raise funds of at least Y100,000 (corporate sponsors, personal donors, organize a party or event, garage sale, etc) Support KIWL s fringe events; pub quiz, Imperial Palace walk, Futsal tournament, golf, running, Successfully introduce corporate sponsors for KIWL kit and the expectation to raise at least Y100,000 is waived! Be sufficiently trained with sufficient bike and equipment
