Sonny began the meeting at 7:00. The meeting was held Wednesday, November 7 th, at On Tap in Stow. The club welcomed visitors Anthony & Kathleen DeVitis and Carl Taras. Cars & Coffee Our Cars & Coffee in November will be breakfast on Saturday, November 17 th, at 9:00 AM, at Fa-Rays on 1115 Wooster Road in Barberton. Car Show T-Shirts We still have car show T-shirts. They are $10 each. We would really like to move these shirts to help defray the cost to the club. Also, we have some dash plaques. If you would like one, they will surely be a collector s item in the future. They will make a great Christmas gift, too!

2 Fall Cruise Our Fall Cruise to Flight 93 Memorial turned out very nice. We encountered a little rain on the way down and the way home, but we were very lucky when we arrived at the memorial. The sun was shining and it was a nice day. If you haven t been to the memorial, or you haven t been there for a while, you really should make a point to do so. A beautiful visitor s center, an observation deck to look down at the crash site, and the wall of names have been added. The park service has done a wonderful job it s a very moving experience. Halloween Party Our annual Halloween Party was on October 27 th at Countryside Campgrounds. As usual, we had a good crowd. The club provided the pizza and the music. We had some great costumes, music, and lots of fun. There are pictures from the party on Facebook. Please take a minute and look at them. Thanks to Dave & Dawn Zeitler for helping Sonny & Marina decorate and Gary & Tammy Brainard for the use of the pavilion. Christmas Party The Christmas Party will be held on Saturday, December 8 th, at The Venue in Tallmadge. Cocktail/social hour starts at 6:00 PM, buffet dinner at 7:00 PM. There will be a cash bar and again this year, Tony Maroon will be the DJ/MC for the evening. The cost is $20.00 per person and you will need to pre-payment no later than November 30 th to give The Venue the number of attendees. Again, this year, we will have our white elephant gift exchange and ugly sweater contest. The winner of the ugly sweater contest will win a free 2019 NEO membership. So, start thinking about your ugly sweater! Flyer attached with the menu. On behalf of the NEO Mustang Club, Dawn Zeitler will be collecting new gifts to donate to Caring for Kids. Please bring your unwrapped gifts to the Christmas Party and Dawn will deliver them to the organization. Flyer attached with gift ideas. Ocean Cruise If anyone else is interested in going on the cruise in early 2019, please contact Karen for information.

3 2019 Membership Our 2019 membership dues collection is now beginning. Dues remain the same at $25. We request all dues be paid by February 1 st, due to reporting to the MCA. For our new members that joined after September, 2018, your 2018 dues will carry over for CamAm Our club is sponsoring the 2019 CamAm. This is a three-day event. The dates are June 21, 22, and 23. The tentative schedule is registration on June 21 (Friday), cruising to MAPS, photo op with the P51 Mustang at MAPS, Ohio Veterans Memorial Park and Banquet at Hartville Kitchen on June 22 (Saturday), and cruising Summit Racing, tour of Harwood Motors in Macedonia and lunch on June 23 (Sunday). The CamAm committee is handling the planning of this event. The committee is requesting donations for this event such as gift baskets, free items for shopping at Harbor Freight, etc. If you have questions or are willing to volunteer to help, please contact one of the committee members.
