4 Page 4 of 6 August Review 94 clubs participated in the qualifying system 14 CPN and National Athletes and coaches were selected and attended National Stream Cup March 2013 Wake Up Call page 20 Canada came ready to rock at the Nadia Comaneci International Invitational! 32 Athletes competed in Florida s Presidential Classic with 10 Team Coaches New Gymnastics Ontario Rules The updated Technical Rules and Regulation with the new rules manuals for Level 1 4 and Level 5 9 have been circulated. Special thank you to the working group members, Cathy Buchner, Cheryl Donoghue, Jennifer Kraemer and Melissa Milenov for all their time, dedication and hard work in creating the new OCP program and Technical Rules and Regulations documents. Is your facility free of programs during the down times? If so, check out the benefits of hosting NCCP courses. The Benefits to Hosting an NCCP course: $20 per hour for the rental of the facility Complimentary registration for your coach(s) register 3 and the 4th is free On average this season Clubs have been profiting between $ and $ for hosting an NCCP course. If you are interested in hosting any NCCP courses please visit the Gymnastics Ontario website, hosting, NCCP courses. Coaching Clinics and Developmental Camps on the New Rules are scheduled for the Gymnastics Ontario Annual Coaching Congress Coaching Congress/ Development Camp Congress August th at East York Featuring clinicians from USA, including Steve Arkell, Sue Arkell, John Geddert, Marvin Sharp! Sessions and Registration Information has been circulated to clubs and has been posted on the GO website. Developmental Camp August 25 th at East York Coaches will get a unique in gym training opportunity from the US experts. Information and Registration have been circulated. Club registrations are due no later than August 9 th, 2013, 12 noon.
