At anytime during the event, you may call your event host with any questions you may have. Or, if you so choose, we can stay and help professionally attend the equipment for your event for an additional fee. 4 choosing us 4 Seven things to consider when hiring an entertainment company for your event 1 INSURANCE Does the company you are considering carry Liability insurance? Do they carry special insurance for a mechanical bull that might be required for the state where you are located? Many companies are willing to go to another state for your event, but make sure they provide you with their certificate of insurance for the state you are located. If not, your company and event is being put at risk. How about Workers Compensation Insurance? Make sure the company you choose also carries this type of insurance. If not, and an employee or subcontractor would get hurt- YOU or YOUR ESTABLISHMENT may be liable! - Don t cut corners! Any reputable company should not be offended by these suggestions and should happily provide these papers for you. Besides insurance coverage for your guests, all of our inflatables are inspected at the beginning and end of each event. Every unit is cleaned once returning to our store. We also certify our employees yearly with the advanced safety course through Sioto which is highly credited with-in our industry. When you book an event with us you are in good hands. 4 TESTIMONIALS AND REFERENCES Ask for references or testimonial letters from satisfied clients. Any reputable company should be able to give you this information upon request. This info should also be on their website. Ask to call past customers. The rental company should be happy to provide this info for you. After all, word of mouth is the best form of advertisement! 5 SUPPORT STAFF It is important that you are taken care of before the event as well as during it. Big Bounce Fun House Rentals can assist you in determining the size of tent that you will require. Allow a minimum of two feet around the perimeter of the tent for setup. That means if you order a 20x20 tent, the area you need for installation is about 22x22. We will normally install your tent one to two days prior to your event.
