Welcome to the 4th quarter! Today begins the final grading period of the 2018-2019 school year.

2 Welcome to the 4th quarter! Today begins the final grading period of the school year. Sometimes students have their grades decline in the 4th quarter as the weather gets nicer outside and we move past Spring Break. Don t let that happen to you! Make this your best quarter ever. Remember, ALL students 4th quarter grades determine your eligibility for the beginning of next school year. We don t want to see you lose opportunities- do your best always!

13 Chasing the Dragon Poster contest Want to win a big cash prize for your artistic ability? Create a poster for the documentary Chasing the Dragon which is a phrase used to describe Heroin & Opiate addiction. There is more information on the bulletin board in the cafeteria. Extra copies of the rules and submission form are available in the office. This is open to 7th & 8th graders- prizes include: 1st place $800 2nd place $400 3rd place $200 Honorable Mention $100 Submissions are due April 30th- come to the office to get the entry form

Thanks to all that submitted a design- Judges Mrs. Davis, Mrs. McCune & Mr. Sharosky liked a lot of the designs and it was difficult to narrow down to the top 3.
