5 BOBBI FISHER, OWNER CH. AMBITION S WINNING SEA-SON AT LUNN SUSAN MUSIL, OWNER Congratulations to all the new champions! ISCO Membership Meeting Saturday, April 15 at 7:30 Ferfolia Funeral Home 356 Aurora Rd. Sagamore Hills, Ohio Bits and Pieces The newsletter is a bit late, but with no March meeting we felt that a delay would not cause an issue. The St. Patrick s Day parade will be downtown on Friday, March 17 th. Details listed in this newsletter. The Field trial is March 25 th and 26 th. The Premium list can be found on our website in the events section and will be at the Tri Valley Wildlife Area., Dresden,OH. Also listed in the Events Calendar with the Field Trail information is the article written by Jeannie Wagner that was published in the recent MEMO. Nice work Jeannie! Speaking of upcoming events, our next meeting will be Saturday, April 15 th at Ferfolio s. Also upcoming is a new adventure for us thanks to Darcy Valente who made the arrangements at footwork for our first Agility Trial. The dates are May th at the soccer complex in North Olmsted. That Premium and information is
6 on the events calendar too. This is an event that we are hoping to get some members to help with the trial. Mickey Lindeman is already working on the raffle. This should be a financial help to the club to prepare us for the 2018 National. Please try to attend the April meeting as I know there are things that need to be discussed both for the Agility Trial and the upcoming National. Thanks to all that attended the Annual Awards Banquet. We were hoping for a better turnout, but it was nice. The food and weather were great which was a plus. Congratulations to all the title recipients and award winners. Special thanks to Donna Turchanik for her lovely Hawaiian theme for the presentation. Thanks also for making Ron and I lifetime members of ISCO. We join the ranks with many other hard working members both present and past. Greg Galieti and Sue Musil are both recuperating from recent surgeries. As we all know, any surgery makes the life with redheads a bit more challenging, especially when puppies are involved. The Roster will be updated for the April newsletter. Please make sure we have any changes to the current information, so if you have any phone, , or address changes make sure we have them. Jackie Donna and Jeff Salisbury 3676 Lifford Ct. Columbus, OH Jsalis57@sbcglobal.net They are currently members of the ISCA and are interested in Agility and Rescue. They have three dogs and have had Irish Setters for 10 years. St. Patrick s Day Parade The parade begins at 1:04 PM (Superior Ave.) Friday, March 17, 2017! We are in Division 3, which needs to be ready to march by 1:30-2:00 pm. Division: 3 Position: Y ***Due to recent world events, the parade will have heightened security. All divisions must enter Superior Ave. from East 24 th St. prior to entering the stage area. The parade route has been modified. The parade will end at the intersection of Rockwell and Ontario. The review stand will be located on the north side of East Roadway adjacent to Public Square. We should meet near the Plain Dealer Building Please let me know if you can make it!
