2 LOGO Primary logo The preferred Dance Dash logo was created to be used on a textured background. Secondary logos There are three secondary options. Dance Dash should always remain in pink from color pallette, With a Twist in yellow from color pallete, and 5K in either yellow or turquoise from color pallete. These are the acceptable logos for use on a white background or for a 1 color lid background. CO-BRANDING LOGO When co-branding, all CMN Hospitals brand guidelines should al be followed. You should always use the CMN Hospitals logo with the hospital or partner logo in the format below: CO-BRANDING OPTION BENEFITING *You only need to include when co-branding with a hospital.

4 IMAGERY A full set of silhouette images has been created to represent the event program. These images can be used to create graphic communication materials. These images should always be shown using the Dance Dash color palette. Other graphics you may use to create communication materials includes the textured background, path pattern, colored bubbles to accent the silhouette images, active lifestyle, dancing, happy children in the hospital and CMN Hospitals logo. Please follow similar designs from provided support materials on next page. In April 2010, a few days after his first t-ball game, Josh experienced high fevers, migraines and pain. Josh was admitted to Duke Children s Hospital & Health Center where he was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). Like many patients at Duke Children s, Josh is a shining example of the power of a positive attitude and strength in adversity.
