3 ALL sponsors RECOGNITION OPPORTUNITIES ALL S WILL BE PROVIDED THE FOLLOWING PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES LISTED BELOW. ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITIES ARE PROVIDED TO S AT THE $5,000 AND UP LEVELS. SPECIFIC CATEGORY RELATED BENEFITS ARE LISTED IN THE CATEGORY DESCRIPTIONS. name/logo included on the race website. name/logo included on the race facebook page. name/logo included on the race blast. name is included as a supporting sponsor on the Marathon Spectator Flyer. Approximately 25,000 flyers are printed and mailed to the homes and business along the 26.2 mile course. Another 3,000 are put in the participant packets, and 500 are mailed to the local media, regional and national running publications and approximately 150 running clubs. The sponsor is given the right to use the Race logo and race name in sponsor s advertising and other promotions. Option to put the company s promotional flyer, product and/or advertisement in the race packet. Option to display company s sign or banner at the race headquarters, at the Expo and AT THE Runner Packet Pick-up at the VON BRAUN CENTER. recognition in the HTC News, newsletter of the 2000 member Huntsville Track Club. The sponsor will be put on the race mailing list to receive all race information, books, new releases and other race materials.

4 ALL sponsors CATEGORIES FINISH PHOTO - $1000 The sponsor will be promoted as the Finish Line Sponsor and given recognition by the PA announcer. The sponsor s logo and/or banner will be displayed at the finish line. SPECTATOR FLYER - $1000 The sponsors name/logo will be given special exposure and recognized as the Spectator Flyer Sponsor on the 18,000 flyers. POST RACE PARTY - $2000 The sponsor will be the post race party host. The sponsor s logo will be included on the notices and news releases concerning the post race party and included in the special recognition section given at the post race dinner in the Marathon Information Book. FINISH LINE - $2500 The sponsor will be promoted as the Finish Line Sponsor and given recognition VIA PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT. The sponsor s logo and/or banner will be displayed at the finish line.

5 ALL S CATEGORIES (cont.) VEHICLE - $3000 THE Logo on marathon Partner Banners. THE VEHICLE sponsor will receive 2 complimentary race entries. As the Official Vehicle, we request the following: A Pace Car of your choice to be used at the front of the marathon. A Media Car of your choice to be used for media at the front of the marathon. Four sag wagon vehicles to be used to pick up runners that need to quit the race. EXPO TITLE - $3500 The sponsor will be named the Expo Sponsor. For Example: Participants will be instructed to pick-up their packets at the XYZ EXPO Friday, December 11, 2015 The sponsors banner can be displayed at the expo. CARBO LOADING SUPPER - $3500 The sponsor will be the carbo loading supper host. The sponsor s logo will be included on the notices and news releases concerning the supper, printed on the supper tickets, and included in the special recognition given at the carbo loading supper section in the Results Book.

6 major sponsors $5,000 and up CATEGORIES PRIZE MONEY TITLE CHIP TIMING MAJOR SUPPORTING VOLUNTEER T-SHIRT sponsors AT THE $5,000 AND ABOVE LEVEL WILL HAVE THEIR LOGO ON THE BACK OF THE OFFICIAL 2014 ROCKET CITY MARATHON T-SHIRT. MARATHON RACE SHIRT CHIP TIMING - $5000 Your logo will be included specifically and exclusively on the information regarding the Chip. This information must be read by each participant! Logo on marathon Partner Banners. S will be given 2 invitations to the pre-race Carbohydrate Loading Supper at the Space and Rocket Center, Davidson Center, Friday, December 11, CHIP TIMING sponsor will receive 2 complimentary race entries. PRIZE MONEY - $5000 The sponsor will be promoted as the Prize Money Sponsor which will be a prize purse of $10,000 with the remainder of the funds coming from the race budget. The sponsor s logo and/or name will appear along with the prize money notice on the face of the entry form (10,000 printed), on all race advertisements, news releases, race posters, spectator flyer and many other race printed materials. The sponsor will be invited to address the media at the pre-race press conference. The sponsors logo can be included on the race start and finish banners. The sponsor will be invited to present the prize money checks at the Awards Ceremony. S will be given 2 invitations to the pre-race Carbohydrate Loading Supper at the Space and Rocket Center, Davidson Center, Friday, December 11, PRIZE MONEY sponsor will receive 2 complimentary race entries.

VOLUNTEER T-SHIRT (THE ONLY LOGO ON VOLUNTEERS SHIRTS) VOLUNTEER T-SHIRT - $5000 VOLUNTEER SHIRT Your business would be named as the Volunteer Sponsor of the Rocket City Marathon. THIS S LOGO WILL BE THE Only logo on the back of the Volunteer Shirts ( shirts). The volunteers are 99% local. WILL RECEIVE 2 Complimentary Race Entries. S will be given 2 invitations to the pre-race Carbohydrate Loading Supper at the Space and Rocket Center, Davidson Center, Friday, December 11, MAJOR SUPPORTING - $7500 The two major supporting sponsors are given the same promotional benefits as the title sponsor except the sponsor s name included on the race name. S will be given 2 invitations to the pre-race Carbohydrate Loading Supper at the Space and Rocket Center, Davidson Center, Friday, December 11, MAJOR SUPPORTING sponsors will receive 4 complimentary race entries. TITLE - $10,000 Your business will be named as the Title Sponsor on all promotional materials. For Example: THE XYZ ROCKET CITY MARATHON STARTS AT 8AM ON DECEBMER 12, THE TITLE WILL HAVE THE Largest logo on the back of the RACE shirt. will be given 4 invitations to the pre-race Carbohydrate Loading Supper at the Space and Rocket Center, Davidson Center, Friday, December 11, Title sponsor will receive 4 complimentary race entries.
