Our Agency operates a full range of residential supports including 12 group homes, independent living apartments, a Community Day Program, a Recreation Therapy Centre, a variety of Respite Services and a Seating Clinic that produces customized seating and positioning products. Our mandate focuses on the people we support and seeking out opportunities to provide them with a life that goes beyond basic needs. 21 st Annual Charity Golf Tournament The 21 st Annual Charity Golf Tournament will be hosted on Thursday, May 25, 2017 at Northridge Municipal Golf Course. The tournament welcomes local business professionals, community partners and Brantwood supporters. Community support is vital in the success of Brantwood Community Services and the opportunities we make available for the people we support. Your contribution will help support the services we provide to individuals with developmental challenges in Brantford and Brant County. 1

2 Why Sponsor? Brantwood Community Services must fundraise for equipment not covered by Ministry funding. The agency relies heavily on community and individual donations for the purchase of wheelchair accessible vans, which are key to keeping people supported participating in the community. The Foundation is the main source of funding for these vehicles and the replacement needs are ongoing. By sponsoring the 2017 Annual Charity Golf Tournament you will demonstrate your commitment to helping others in need. You will gain visibility and access alternative markets while supporting and affiliating your organization with a worthy cause. Furthermore, you will receive great exposure before, after and on the day of the event. Play in the Tournament NEW! Early Bird Registration for $130 (until March 17), a St. Patrick s Day Special! $145 Registration Fee after March 17. Register to play in this years tournament and enjoy a complete program of special events, 18 holes of golf (including cart), a BBQ lunch, a take home prize for each participant, a delicious reception dinner, live entertainment, great raffle prizes, and a live & silent auction. The tournament is best ball or play your own ball format. 5
