The NAC Montenegro has formed an Organizing Committee to act in all matters regarding the organization and hosting of the Event. 3 NAC Montenegro Bulletin N o 2 July EVENTS 31 st FAI World Style & Accuracy Landing Parachuting Championships - Team Accuracy Landing - Individual Accuracy Landing - Freefall Style A separate classification for male and female in all events. 5 th FAI Junior World Style & Accuracy Landing Parachuting Championships - Junior individual Accuracy Landing - Junior Freefall Style A separate classification for male and female in all events. 1.1 Date and place of WPC August 28 to September 04, 2010 in Niksic, Montenegro. 1.2 Location of Events Niksic is in West Montenegro, 55 kilometres North-West from the Montenegro capital city Podgorica, it is the second largest city in Montenegro, after Podgorica, and is an important industrial, cultural, and educational center. In 2003 the city had a total population of 58,212. 6 July 2010 Bulletin N o 2 NAC Montenegro 4.4 Drop Zone Facilities Building equipped with: - Jury room; - Judging room; - Press room; - Internet access and room with 10 Computers; - Big screens for public judging - Briefing area; - Copying and fax machines and other necessary office equipment; - Rigging service Parking place for 300 cars on the airfield. Nice restaurant near airfield. Sufficient number of toilet and shower room Each delegation will have their own tent for resting. A big tent for packing parachutes. 4.5 Competition rules Valid competition rules 2010 for FAI 1 st category events. 4.6 Judging equipment Gert Weckbecker System for judging Style and Accuracy Landing. 4.7 Doping Policy In according with the FAI Sporting Code, General Section. 4.8 Safety Conditions A protective helmet must be worn. ADD is not mandatory but is recommended. 4.9 Public Address system A loudspeaker system will be used for announcement throughout Drop Zone. Radio equipment will be available for communication between the personnel, judges, manifest etc. Up to date system will be used by manifest to ensure full transfer of information to competitors and the public Training Jumps Training Jumps will be organised on Friday August 27 th 2010 from to The jumps must be booked in advance (Official Entry Form) Pre Event Training Camp Pre Event Training Camp will be organized from August 21 st to August 27 th 2010 with all S&A facilities on site. 6 P a g e & 5 th FAI Junor World Style and Accuracy Landing Parachuting Championships

7 NAC Montenegro Bulletin N o 2 July 2010 Training Camp must be booked in advance (Official Entry Form) Seminar for judges and training judges The seminar for the elected judges will take place from August and the seminar for Training Judges will be organised from 29 August to 2 September. 5 REQUIREMENTS 5.1 Personal requirement To take part in the event, a valid FAI Sport License 2010 is required. Each participating country should also bring a national flag (size 100x150 cm) and a tape/cd with the national anthem for the opening and closing ceremony. 5.2 Insurance requirement Each competitor will be required to have current and valid personal medical insurance, include repatriation in the event of a serious accident. Legal liability insurance cover for all competitors and officials shall be the responsibility of the Organiser. The immediate medical first aid for competitors and officials is the responsibility of the Organiser during the official event and during training days. 6 TRANSPORT Delegations are responsible for their transportation to Niksic. The Organiser will organise transport from Podgorica airport to Niksic and from Niksic to Podgorica airport. Cost of transfer from Podgorica airport to Niksic will be 10,00 per person. Transport to Niksic and return must be booked in advance. The Entry form must be authorized by NAC. Please note that the registration will be made valid only after payment. 8.3 Entry date The Provisional Entry Forms must be submitted before June 13 th The Official Entry Form must reach the Organiser no later than July 13 th Entries sent after July 13 th 2010 are subject to late entry fee. 8.4 Sending the Entry Forms All entry forms and details regarding the 31 st FAI World Parachuting Championships and 5 th FAI Junior World Parachuting Championships in Style & Accuracy Landing 2010 should be sent to the Organiser via fax or mail. For participants coming from other countries it is recommended to contact Organiser (office@wpc2010.me ). The participants who need an invitation letter for the Visa or similar, please send us your name, surname, sex, date of birth and Passport Number. 11 NAC Montenegro Bulletin N o 2 July ENTRY FEES The entry fees must be paid by deadline July 13 th The receipt to be checked Saturday August 28 th 2010 during the registration. Late entry fees are accepted after July 13 th 2010 with a penalty of 100,00 per person. The delegations that have not paid their entry fees by close of registration on 28 August 2010 are not allowed to take part in the competition.
