2 Alumni Reception When & Where: Monday, March 30th, 6 Ferst Theatre before Greek SIng Must have a member present for every alumni 1 member can not be accompanying more than 1 alumni Alumni must have attended Georgia Tech. Must have RSVP ed at by March 23rd at Noon. Can receive up to 5 points MAX 3 alumni/ student pairings 5 points 2 alumni/ student pairing 3 points 1 alumni/ student pairing 1 point Arm Wrestling When & Where: Wednesday, March 25th, 8 Tau Kappa Epsilon Single elimination, right handed contest Three weight classes: Light, middle, heavy(any weight can compete in heavy) Contestants must weigh in on Wednesday, March 25th, 11am 4pm (Delta Upsilon) Bailout When & Where: Thursday, March 26th, 8 CRC Pool Four people in each canoe, with two paddles and two buckets Teams compete for three minutes in each round Men s final round is not timed Teams compete to fill their competition s canoe with as much water as possible Need to know more? 3 Banner Contest When & Where: Tuesday, March 24th, 12 pm Rules: 1. Banner size must be a minimum of 6 x 4 2. Banner must display chapter letters and the phrase Greek Week Any banners that are computer generated (i.e. clip art, Photoshop, etc.) will receive participation points. No other points can be awarded, due to the fact that there is no fair way to compare the artistic merit of a computer generated versus a hand drawn banner. 4. The banner must be used from Tuesday, March 24th, at 12 PM until Monday, March 30th (end of Greek Week) 5. Banners must be taken down on March 30th. Bromance Challenge When & Where: Tuesday, March 24th, 6 Scheller College of Business 100 Teams are composed of two members Teams answer questions about each other and earn points for each right answer Need to know more? See the full length Greek Week 2015 Rulebook. Cornhole Tournament When & Where: Friday, March 27th, Turf Fields 2 Players needed Single elimination tournament with two brackets. The tournament will be in a one match format to 11 points. All other rules are the same as CRC Intramurals Dizzy Bat When & Where: Monday, March 30th, Turf Fields
4 4 Players needed Each contestant will run 150 feet, then rotate a designated number of times, chug a Club Soda (or other suitable soft drink), repeat the rotations, and run back. 10 Rotations for men 5 Rotations for women Dodgeball Tournament When & Where: Wednesday, March 25th, 5 CRC, 4th Floor 8 Player Teams (4 player minimum) Teams will participate in a single elimination bracketed tournament of dodgeball. Each round will be best 2 out of 3 with 6 minute games. Each team will wear the same color, their chapter letters, or something identifying them as a team. All other rules are the same as CRC Intramurals Eating Contest When & Where: Thursday, March 26th, IC Lawn 1 Participant needed Participants will attempt to eat as many miniature powdered doughnuts in a three minute time period as they can. Egg Toss When & Where: Thursday, March 26th, IC Lawn
5 2 Participants needed Each team will start by standing 10 feet apart. Each will toss a raw egg to their teammate, who then tosses it back. After each team member throws, one participant will back up at least five feet. Need to know more? See the full length Greek Week 2015 Rule Book Flag Football Tournament When & Where: Saturday, March 28th, Turf Fields 7 Players needed Each team will participate in a single elimination, bracketed flag football tournament. The rules governing each game are the Georgia Tech Intramural flag football rules. Need to know more? See the full length Greek Week 2015 Rule Book Greek Faculty Luncheon When & Where: Monday, March 30th, 12pm Ferst Theatre Points will be awarded as follows: If you invite 1 greek faculty member to the luncheon and they attend you will receive 1 point. If 1 Greek faculty member attends the luncheon with 1 member of your organization your chapter will receive 3 points. If 2 Greek Faculty members attend the luncheon with 2 separate members of your organization you will receive 5 points. Any faculty or staff in attendance must have been Greek in school, although they do not have to have been in your chapter s greek letter fraternity. All faculty must be faculty members of Georgia Tech. Chapter GW Reps should have received an excel list with Greek Faculty and Staff provided by the alumni house (please contact gtpublicrelations15@gmail.com if you have not received it). You may invite someone not on the list but please do only so if you have asked gtpublicrelations15@gmail.com first. GW chairs should have RSVP ed by March 23rd at Noon at

Contestants will be judged on GPA, involvement, fitness, talent and questions. Each contestant must submit his name, GPA, sponsoring chapter, a paragraph describing his involvement, and a photograph to gtevents15@gmail.com by March 6th at 5pm Each contestant must participate in the fitness challenge on Monday, March 23rd, 7 pm (Location TBD) Greek Goddess When & Where: Tuesday, March 24th, College of Business 100 Description: Competition to be crowned Georgia Tech s Greek Goddess! Contestants will be judged on GPA, involvement, talent and questions. Each contestant must submit her name, GPA, sponsoring chapter, a paragraph describing her involvement, and a photograph to gtevents15@gmail.com by March 6th at 5pm Greek Leadership Breakfast When & Where: Thursday, March 26th, 7:30 am 9 Alumni House Must have 1 2 members for entire breakfast Member must have leadership position in organization. 5 participation points for two members 3 points for one member No additional points for additional members
7 Must have RSVP ed at by March 23rd at Noon. Greek Sing When & Where: Monday, March 30th, Ferst Theater Each participating organization will perform an original act that must include some form of theatrical performance at the Ferst Theater. Unlimited amount of participants Every participant, including stagehands, must sign the waiver Greek Sing participation application will be ed out to the Greek Week representative of each chapter. The application opens on Monday, February 16th at 12 pm and closes Friday, February 20th at 12 pm. The application must have: all song choices with artists, alternate song choices, names and GTID numbers of all individuals participating, including stage hands. Each organization is allowed 2 minutes for set up, 10 for the performance and 2 minutes for take down Each organization is allowed a minimum of 3 songs and a maximum of 10 Preliminaries will be held on Saturday, February 28th or Sunday, March 1st unless previously notified of any conflicts. Any organizations that proceed to the finals cannot make changes to their act after prelims A description of set and costumes must be given to the Greek Sing Chairs by Prelims, February 28th or March 1st. Participating greek organizations must attend mandatory Greek Sing 101 meeting following the General Greek Week Meeting on Monday, March 2nd at East Architecture 123. Organizations selected for the finals will be notified by Sunday, March 8th. Greek Week Social When & Where: 3:30 6:30 PM, Monday, March Alpha Chi Omega
8 Each chapter participating by providing food will be awarded 5 points. Sororities may provide 1 baked dish, i.e. cookies, brownies, etc. Fraternities may provide 1 grilled dish, i.e. hamburgers, pulled pork, etc. Each dish must provide enough to feed at least 40 people. Each participating fraternity/sorority must provide the name of their dish of choice on the Google Form which is due by Friday, March 6th at 5 pm. Those who miss the survey due date are not guaranteed a spot during the social, and will not be given participation points. Tickets will be sold at the door for $1 for 1 ticket and $5 for 6 tickets. Ticket buyers may place his or her ticket(s) in the receptacle of their favorite item(s). The sorority and fraternity with the most tickets will split the profits to be donated toward their national philanthropy. Attendees must stay a minimum of 30 minutes in order to be counted for spectator points Fraternities and sororities may bring canned goods and nonperishable items for the canned food drive. 1 point will be awarded for every 20 cans brought with a maximum of 5 points rewarded although bringing more than 100 cans is encouraged. Home Run Derby W hen & Where: Friday, March 27th, 1 Turf Fields 2 3 players: hitter, pitcher and catcher (optional) Each team is allowed 3 warm up pitches (where the hitter may not hit) and 10 pitches to obtain as many points as possible Human Pyramid W hen & Where: Wednesday, March 25th, Alpha Tau Omega Lawn Each team of size 10 will have 90 seconds to build a pyramid of the following formation: 1
9 After the 90 seconds of setup time, the team who keeps their pyramid freestanding for the longest wins. Each participant must wear a shirt with his/her Greek letters for easy identification Pool Events When & Where: Thursday, March 26th, CRC Pool Inner Tube Relay: Team Size: 4 Each member must swim one length of the pool in their inner tube using only their hands and their feet Sweatshirt Relay: Team Size: 4 Each member of the team must swim one length of the pool in the sweatshirt One the member has completed their lap, they must exit the pool and exchange the sweatshirt with the next member of the team Sand Volleyball Tournament When & Where : Friday, March 27th, CRC Sand Volleyball Court Need to Know Details : Team Size: 4 Teams will play in single elimination bracketed tournament. Games will be played to 21, rally scoring. First serve will be determined by a coin flip. Each game will be best two out of three, with the third game played to 15. Teams must win by 2.
10 Slam Dunk Contest When and Where: Tuesday, March 24th, Alpha Epsilon Pi Team Size: 1 Men s rim will be set at 9, Women s rim will be set at 7.5. Each contestant will get three chances to dunk each round. The categories being judged are style, originality and difficulty. After two rounds, the three highest scorers will advance to the finals. The contestant with the highest cummulative score will be the winner. Sting Hunger Now When and Where: March 25th March 26nd, 9:00 am until 6:00 Klaus Auditorium Greek Week Public Relations committee members will be available from (TBD). Points will be awarded as follows (subject to change): 40% of chapter 8 pts. 30% of chapter 6 pts. 20% of chapter 4 pts. 10% of chapter 2 pts. Must sign in AND sign out at the Greek Week table to be considered in chapter total Must participate for 1 hour. Cannot leave during your hour of participation. Sing up: Stroll Competition When and Where: Thursday, March 26th, Free Speech Amphitheatre Team Size: Maximum of 12, minimum of 6 Participation Interest Survey will be ed out to the chapters on Thursday, February
11 16th and will be due on February 23rd, 2015 at 12 pm. Final Entry Survey will be ed out to the groups on March 7th and will be due on March 14th, Required areas include contact information, performers names and GT ID numbers, song tracks and artists. The assigned combined chapters will create a stroll or combination of strolls. A stroll is a synchronized dance performed by a line of members to rhythmic music. A panel will judge these performances and chapters will be awarded for placement based on the male and female divisions. Sumo Suit Race When and Where: Wednesday, March 25th, Turf Fields Team Size: 3 One member will start in sumo suit at the start/finish line When the first member gets to the other end of the court, the second member will help the third member get into the suit and get back to the finish line The team that crosses the finish line first will win the competition Super Splash Contest When and Where: Tuesday, March 24th, Sigma Nu Team Size: 1 Each participant will compete in the first round The categories being judged are style, originality, and splash No flipping or diving Top three women and top five men will move to the finals Winners are determined from scores in the final round Tech Beautification Day
12 When and Where: Saturday, March 28th, 9am Campanile Sign ins will close at 9:00am End at 12:00 pm with checkouts Max 12 points per chapter if % and planned a TBD project TUG When and Where: Sunday, March 29th, IC Lawn Team Size: 10 (Minimum) 14 (Maximum) Teams will compete in a Tug of War in a mud pit Time limit is 8 minutes for men and 7 minutes for woman The final has no time limit The team wins when One team pulls the other into the center pit One team pulls the other team so that the anchor holds the rope behind the knot at the end of the rope. The time limit is reached Weigh ins will take place from 9am to 6pm on Friday, March 27th A final roster consisting of persons who have previously weighed in, which meets the weight limit, must be submitted online before 8 pm on Saturday, March 28th
