1 MINIS & JUNIORS RUGBY TOUR th April 1 st May 2016 *** Bank Holiday Weekend *** Barnstaple, Devon After the success of last year s tour, we are pleased to announce that Old Laurentian Minis & Juniors U7 U14, will be taking part in the West Coast Festival of Rugby over the May Bank Holiday in 2016, staying at Woolacombe Sands Holiday Park, Woolacombe Bay on the North Devon coast. As the UK's leading end-of-season tournament, the rugby festival is one of the largest events of its kind in the UK, now attracting more than 4,000 participants (up to 100 teams), supporters and spectators. THE TOURNAMENT The West Coast Festival of Rugby see Festival-West-Coast-Festival-Of-Rugby All teams will participate fully over the two days and compete against teams of similar standard Every team will play at least 5 other teams Every team will play a minimum of 6 games over the two days Pool stages on Saturday Cup, Challenge Cup, Trophy and Bowl competitions on Sunday

2 ACCOMMODATION & ENTERTAINMENT 3 nights at Woolacombe Sands Holiday Park in Woolacombe Bay Coach transfer from accommodation to tournament venue on both days Entertainment pass at holiday park for whole weekend TBC - Saturday night dinner in the park restaurant/bar, followed by disco (people in slightly disturbing furry animal costumes and bingo players excluded apologies to anyone who enjoyed these last time!) 3 ACCOMMODATION Accommodation is a choice of static caravan or camping. Caravans see for options For a superior level of comfort, these stylish holiday homes have a smart, modern and open interior, with a modern kitchen, popular with couples & families Camping - see for further information Spacious pitches with electric hook-up, on a choice of grass or hard-standing FOOD & ENTERTAINMENT Entertainment venue and bar Amusement arcade Convenience store Indoor and outdoor swimming pools Crazy golf Kids park and bowling ACCOMMODATION PRICING The pricing is shown per family and per person based upon the number in your party. The price includes: 3 nights accommodation Return shuttles from the accommodation to the festival each day Team entry into the West Coast Festival of Rugby For static caravans the occupancy rate assumes that 5 people will occupy a 6 berth, and 7 people will occupy an 8 berth. Under occupancy charges are applied where fewer people are staying in the accommodation e.g. less than 5 in a 6 berth, and less than 7 in an 8 berth. For camping, the minimum rate payable is for 3 people on one pitch (2 people would therefore pay the same rate as 3), with a maximum of 8 people allowed on one pitch.

5 OTHER INFORMATION PAYMENT TERMS A deposit of 25 per person is required to be paid by Friday 2 nd October This will be followed up by 4 further instalments (instalment amount dependent on accommodation choice) to be paid by: - Friday 30 th October Friday 27 th November Friday 1 st January Friday 29 th January 2016 The final balance of 100 for caravans and 50 for tents is due by Friday 26 th February DRAGONESSES At this time the tour organisers do not know the level of interest of female only teams and will let us know the situation as soon as possible. TOUR KIT Information to follow with regard to tour kit, however, due to expected numbers this will either be self-funded or assisted through fund raising / sponsorship.
