We will play the course at 6,060 yards; par-71. Yardage books will be provided complimentary. These can be picked up at the Coaches Meeting on Saturday. Practice Facilities: Practice will be available on Saturday at Trump National Golf Club and the Long Beach Learning Center. Each team has five rooms per night reserved at the Crown Plaza Hotel. The rate will be $139 per night. Please call Joyce Camou ( ) with a credit card to guarantee your room reservations. You must mention you are with the Pac-10 Tournament when making your reservations. A rate of $159 is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for family and/or other supporters who would like to attend the tournament. The cut off date is March 28, Parking at the Crowne Plaza Redondo Beach & Marina For hotel guests only, self parking is available for $10 per day and Valet Parking with in/out privileges will be available for $20 per day. Golds Gym For hotel guests only, Golds Gym is located adjacent to the hotel and is open 24 hours. The facility offers extensive equipment and fitness programs. Line-ups are tentative; all final line-up submittals will take place during the Coaches Meeting. ATHLETIC TRAINING USC Athletic Trainer: Sue Lerner Mobile: (213) , Office: (213) Location: Palos Verdes Clubhouse- Ladies Locker Room Practice Round (4/20): 10:00 AM 6:30 PM, Tournament Days (4/21-23): 6:30 AM 4:00PM LOCKER ROOMS All players and female coaches will have use of the women s locker room and will be designated a locker throughout the tournament. All male coaches will have use of the men s locker room. PARKING Parking at Palos Verdes is free in the club s parking lot. Parking spaces will be designated for each team. MEETINGS AND EVENTS COACHES MEETINGS The annual coaches meeting will be held in the Bay Meeting Room at the Crowne Plaza. The meeting will begin at 7:30pm on Saturday, April 19 th. All head coaches are required to attend. Snacks and beverages will be served. COACHES SIGN IN There will be a sign in sheet on the #1 & #10 tees that each Head Coach & Assistant Coach must sign each day before competition. HOSPITALITY ROOM AT PALOS VERDES

5 There will be a hospitality room upstairs in the clubhouse to the right of the women s locker room. Coffee, fruit, & pastries will be available in the morning and snacks & drinks will be available in the afternoon. This room is only for coaches, rules officials, volunteers, & staff. All media information will be located in this room as well. Page 5 BREAKFAST There will be two breakfast options available Monday-Wednesday at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. The Continental Breakfast is $15 per person, which includes tax & gratuity. The Full American Breakfast is $19 per person, and also includes tax & gratuity. LUNCH Lunch will be hosted in the clubhouse at Palos Verdes Golf Club from Monday through Wednesday. FOOD &AND BEVERAGES ON THE COURSE On Sunday, water will be available for players & coaches between the #2 green & the #7 tee and between the 13 th & 18 th tees. Water, fruit, & a variety of snacks (small sandwiches, fruit, trail mix, etc.) will be available for players and coaches Monday through Wednesday between the #2 green & the #7 tee and between the 13 th & 18 th tees. The snack bar is located on the 10 th tee will open from 6:30am to 6:00pm throughout the tournament. The snack bar accepts cash only, no credit cards. An account # will be assigned to each team and the tab must be paid prior to departure on the last day of the tournament. COACHES NIGHT OUT Coaches and Assistant Coaches are invited to attend a dinner at Papadakis Taverna at 6:00pm on Monday, April 21 st. Please meet in the lobby of the Crowne Plaza at 5:30pm and we will transport you to and from the hotel. Papadakis Taverna: 301 West 6 th Street, San Pedro, 90731, (310) PLAYERS NIGHT IN The Players Night In event and dinner will be held in the Seascape Ballroom at the Crowne Plaza on Monday, April 21 st from 6:00pm-10:00pm. A ping pong table, Wii Game Systems, Massage Chairs, & a Karaoke machine have been reserved for our use during the event. Please plan to be there by 6:00pm; comfortable attire recommended. HOSPITALITY ROOM FOR PLAYERS & COACHES There will be a hospitality room (Redondo 2 at Crowne Plaza) Sunday-Tuesday for players and coaches with drinks & a ping pong table. PARTICIPANT GIFTS Pac-10 gifts will be distributed at the welcome banquet. AWARDS CEREMONY An awards ceremony will take place immediately following play upstairs in the main clubhouse. Lunch is being served on Wednesday in the Clubhouse. All participants should be in attendance. TOURNAMENT INFORMATION YARDAGES

The NCAA Championships one-ball practice round policy shall be in effect (multiple balls may be used in chipping & putting). PRACTICE ROUND PAIRINGS The tee time order for the practice round shall be determined based on team seeding. The order for the practice round shall correspond with the tee times set for the first day of competition. The practice round shall be played in five-somes with tee-off times at ten-minute intervals. Teams other than the host team shall not be permitted to play or walk the golf course eight days preceding the practice round. 8 Wed: 6:30AM-6:00PM SCORE CARDS Scorecards will be provided to each golfer at their respective starting holes each morning. Page 8 SCORING Competition shall be stroke play. A team shall consist of a maximum of five players. Four of the five golfers may score for the team. The team with the lowest total score for all rounds will be the team champion. There will be scoring tents will be to the right of the #9 & the #18 greens. A rules official will be present to verify scores and any rules questions. All scores are final once the competitor has left the scoring tent. RULES COMMITTEE The Rules Committee will consist of: Judy Thompson-WSCGA Head Rules Official, Jim Gormley-PGA, Heather Perry-PAC-10, and two PAC-10 Head Women s Golf Coaches. STARTERS We will have a starter on the #1 & #10 tees throughout the competition. Conditions of play, hole locations, markers, pencils, tees, ball marks, divot repair tools, and sunscreen will be on the starting tees. LIVE SCORING Golfstat will be providing live scoring every three holes. Results and tee times will be available at the front desk of the Crowne Plaza as well as online at CHAMPIONSHIP TIES In the event of a tie for the team championship, NCAA team tiebreaking procedures shall be followed to determine the champion. In the event of a tie for the individual championship, a sudden death playoff shall determine the champion. Hole #18 will be used as a playoff hole if needed. RESCHEDULING POLICIES If rain forces cancellation of play any time after 36 holes, scores shall be final. If 50 percent or more of the participants complete a round prior to inclement weather which forces play to stop, the round shall be continued either that day or the following day, weather permitting. If less than 50 percent of the participants complete the round, the round shall be terminated and the scores reverted to the last complete round. DRESS CODE & CLUB RULES- PLAYERS AND SPECTATORS Appropriate golfing attire shall be worn at all times. Denim, sweat suits, tank tops, cut-offs, halter tops, cargo pants, jogging shorts and tennis shorts are not permitted. Shorts and skirts must reach within five inches of the center of the kneecap. No cell phones may be used on the premises. However, checking Golfstat is permitted. ADDITIONAL REQUESTS Please provide 1 small AND 1 large school pennant.
