3 Event Schedule: Thursday, October 12 Practice Round o 7:30am-11:30am Mounier Golf Training Center (driving range) available o 9:00am Practice rounds begin tee times assigned in IHSA Manual for Schools o 2:00pm Coaches meeting in Pavilion Friday, October 13 Round One o 7:30am-10:30am Mounier Golf Training Center (driving range) available o 8:00am Line-up changes due in the clubhouse o 8:30am-10:30am Round One begins on #1/#10 tee tee times assigned by IHSA Saturday, October 14 Final Round o 7:30am-10:30am Mounier Golf Training Center (driving range) available o 8:00am Line-up changes due in the clubhouse o 8:30am-10:30am Final Round begins on #1/#10 tee Tournament Fees: Thursday Practice Round fees will be collected by Weibring Golf Club at Illinois State University. $29.00/player Practice Round Fees includes greens fees and range fees. $7.00/player Optional practice round day Sack Lunch (See Food and Beverage Section for more info) Cash, check (payable to Weibring Golf Club), or credit card accepted. Parking Please Share with your Fans!: Weibring Golf Club Lot o The WGC parking lot is small (115 spaces). o It will be reserved for one vehicle per school, IHSA officials, and CDGA rules officials until 10:30am. o After 10:30 the lot will become general access. o A Parking Pass will be included in your Coaches Packet and must be displayed for access to the lot. University Residence Drive o This drive will be reserved for WGC Staff and Tournament Volunteers. Fan Parking A Map is available at o A Fan Parking area has been established just West of the golf course along Gregory Street. o A shuttle service will be available to transport guests to the clubhouse and various locations throughout the course. o Street parking is permitted further West just past the University Residence drive. o Please Do Not Park Illegally on the street immediately in front of the golf course In the Nursing Home lot or the residential areas across the street from the course. Vehicles parked illegally will be ticketed/towed by the town of Normal. Follow posted signage. -3-

4 Driving Range: The Jim & Carole Mounier Golf Training Center (driving range) will be available for pre-game warm-up. Range balls will be set up at stations on the range in the mornings only. There will be four-passenger shuttle carts running between the clubhouse and the MGTC to transport players to and from the range. The Mounier Golf Training Center will NOT be available in the afternoon after play. Competitors may visit one of the other ranges in Bloomington/Normal. Please call ahead for hours of operation. o Ironwood Golf Course o The Links at Ireland Grove o All Seasons Golf Learning Center Short Game Practice Area: The putting green and short game area are available for your use before and after golf. The short game area features a natural grass green with bunkers, a collection area, and fairways for chipping & pitching and an artificial green for longer wedge shots inside of 125 yards. Players should provide their own balls. Practice Round Policies: Pace of play and maintaining course conditions are concerns. Tournament Pins will Not be marked on the greens. Please do not put sticks or tees into the greens which encourage multiple shots to a specific area of the green. Players may have only One Ball in play including only one ball off par 3 tees. No more than a 4.5 hour round 15 mins per hole. Please be respectful of the competitors coming behind you.they would like to finish their round too! REPLACE DIVOTS REPAIR BALL MARKS KEEP UP PACE OF PLAY Food and Beverage Upon arrival coaches will be able to set up a team tab at the golf shop snack bar for food and beverage for their players/coaches. This tab must be paid in full prior to leaving the course on Saturday. Menu includes Avantis gondolas, hot dogs, and pulled pork sandwiches. OPTIONAL - For additional ease of service, Avanti s Sack Lunches may be pre-ordered. o Cost will be $7.00/lunch ordered and will include a gondola, chips, cookie, and a bottle of water. o Coaches will be able to pick up their team order approximately 11:00am and deliver to their player. o Please fax the enclosed order form (page 6) to Laura by Tuesday (10/11) at Fax:

5 Golf Carts Per IHSA Golf Cart Policy: Golf Cart rental will not be available to any participant, coach, or guest on Friday/Saturday. Thursday, Practice Round o Student-Athletes/Spectators may not rent a cart on Thursday. o Schools may rent (at their own expense - $20) one cart/school. o Schools must complete The Practice Round Golf Cart Request Form on page 34 in your IHSA Manual for Schools included on page 10 of this manual A Shuttle Cart system will be in place on Friday/Saturday to transport guests to predetermined locations. A priority wrist band will be issued by the IHSA to guests to handicapped guests. Personally owned golf carts are not permitted on the golf course. Please do not ask the staff to make allowances to this policy. Please-please-please inform your Student-Athletes and your families so that we may avoid an unpleasant conversation at the front desk. Tournament Rules: IHSA Terms and Conditions will be in effect throughout the event. USGA and IHSA rules will govern all play. White tees, 6,507 yards. o The tournament course is a combination of several different tee boxes. o Please review the attached WGC scorecard for a comparison. o A course map is also attached. An official rules/pin sheet will be provided to competitors prior to play on the #1/#10 tee boxes. Please read the IHSA Golf Terms and Conditions and be sure your team understands the state series guidelines. Note that the IHSA Dress Code and the Participant Code of Conduct will be enforced. -5-

A limited number of golf carts are available for the practice round only. Only high school coaches may rent or operate the golf cart.
