Each institution should have received a team packet from the NCAA that included information regarding team expense forms, transportation, tickets, and other other pertinent information. SCHEDULE OF EVENTS Sunday, May 4, 2008 Tournament Registration: 10:00 am to noon at Adobe Creek Golf Club (all players must register individually). Driving Range open for contestants beginning at 10:00 am. Practice round: 1:00 pm shot gun. Tournament Banquet immediately following practice round in main dining room. Mandatory coaches meeting immediately following banquet in Club Room. Monday, May 5, 2008 Driving Range open for contestants at 6:30 am. Round 1 - Tee times start at 8:00 am. Starters will be present on holes 1 (West) and 10 (Northwest) and they will announce each student-athlete prior to tee off. Tuesday, May 6, 2008 Driving Range open for contestants at 6:30 am. Round 2 - Tee times start at 8:00 am. Starters will be present on holes 1 (Northwest) and 10 (West) and they will announce each student-athlete prior to tee off. Wednesday, May 7, 2008 Driving Range open for contestants at 6:30 am. Round 3 - Tee times start at 8:00 am. Starters will be present on holes 1 and 10 and they will announce each student-athlete prior to tee off.

3 FOOD Sunday, May 4th: BBQ Lunch at Adobe Creek, $10 inclusive (11:00am-3:00pm) Complimentary Championship Banquet at Adobe Creek (5:00pm) Monday, May 5th through Wednesday, May 7th: Continental Breakfast (6:30am-9:00am) at Adobe Creek, $6 inclusive BBQ Lunch (12:00pm-3:00pm) at Adobe Creek, $8 inclusive CARTS Carts will only be provided for tournament staff, coaches, and to meet ADA standards. SPECTATORS All spectators must register in Golf Shop each day. In addition, all spectators must remain on the cart paths at all times to assure safety. HOTEL Each participating team is responsible for booking their reservations. The official hotel of the tournament is the Sheraton Sonoma County - Petaluma. It is conveniently located just two miles from Adobe Creek Golf Club. The course website is: Parking is available at the course. COACHES/TOURNAMENT MEETING The coaches/tournament meeting will be held after the banquet on May 4th. TEAM ROSTERS Team rosters must be submitted to Sonoma State Sports Information Director Brandon Bronzan (brandon.bronzan@sonoma.edu) no later than May 1st at noon. SPORTS INFORMATION/MEDIA Each participating team shall provide to Brandon Bronzan (Sonoma State Sports Information Director) a list of media representatives planning to cover the tournament by April 28th. In addition, each Sports Information Director shall complete rosters and an action photo of your top player as well as any important team or individual notes to brandon.bronzan@sonoma.edu. Live scoring will be available and the SSU Sports Information Department will provide a post-round recap each day. 5 TRAINING ROOM AND FACILITIES The Sonoma State athletic training staff will be on site for all days of the competition. They will be located in the Club Room. Jimmy s phone number is (831) DRUG TESTING Drug testing may occur at any session of the championship. If it occurs, couriers will escort student-athletes who are to be tested to the drug testing area after the 10-minute cooling off period. HOSPITALITY ROOM Club Room (located upstairs in main Club House) will be avaialable to rules officials, coaches, media, and tournament volunteers. PLAYOFF RULES In the event of a playoff, the rules will be followed according to the NCAA Championship Manual. LIVE SCORING Live scoring will be available via GolfStat. It will also be available through the Sonoma State Athletics website ( Volunteers will be on the course every three holes. There will also be a scoreboard in the clubhouse with team and individual scores. MERCHANDISE Official NCAA merchandise will be sold on Sunday after the banquet. It will also be available at the course all days of the tournament.
