Meetings once a month (Wednesday) during golf season. 6-7 meetings, primarily through warmer months. Great forum between Members & Club including golf with Troy & Tim. Share ideas, concerns, and ongoing forum. Encourage participation, support. Nominations or Elections for Member s Committee from floor: Wilf Happy to stay but would like to see new blood.. Stepping down: Wilf Jacobson, Christine Shin New committee members: Alex May, Martin Anderson Next members committee May 23 Tom Mildhall expressed interest & asked about playing golf in with Members committee to see what it is all about Member Committee meetings usually start with Golf at 10am, meeting at 3pm LADIES CLUB REPORT: Darcy Jacobson (Nina Thibault not available) 81 Ladies Club members as of Apr.30, members played Ladies Club Opener on Apr.22. Would like to see more participation Business team 0-40 hcp 1 st team 0-19 hcp May 28 th Mixed Club, Red & White tees, Chapman format, alternate, low gross, low net July 15 th Mixed Tournament Chapman format Ladies Club Championship- Aug. 26, 27. Encourage all ladies to play in this fun event Ladies Closing- Oct. 14 Also final mtg. Ladies Club Ladies play Tues & Sat 9:30...all lady members welcome, sign up in Golf Shop 1

2 MEN S CLUB REPORT: Brad Parsons 177 Men s Club members as of Apr. 30, 2017 Men s Night average with a high of 60 One buffet per month, with Grill and feature sheet on other nights 47 for Men s Opener today Sep 30 closer Men s Club: Alex May, Martin Anderson, Steve Ralphs, Mark Slater, Norm MacKay, Brad Parsons MANAGEMENT REPORT: Troy Peverley Thanks to the Membership Committee for support and leadership 11 th year of ownership & WCGG continues to be happy with the investment and long term prospects at Swaneset Have completed our plan to substantially improve course conditions and will continue to make improvements Golf market continues to be a challenge but last two years were somewhat encouraging. This year start has been very slow with wet conditions. Global was out last week doing a story on the slow start in the industry. Swaneset looked good on TV. Capital Expenditure Update - $300K budgeted Golf Ops & Clubhouse Capital Carpet 3rd Floor replaced Ballroom chairs reupholstered Replace terrace deck Turf Capital $200K in equipment including: Toro GroundsMaster 4500D Toro Workman Toro Triflex Operating Summary $4.6M operating expenditures We are very fortunate for an owner who has reinvested every dollar made back into the facility TURF MAINTENANCE Regional /Hazelmere Superintendent: Jamie Muter Superintendent: Brandon Baber 1st Assistant: Glen Atamanik. A: 10-6, with call down service Q: Sandwiches available late day for afternoon play? How much cost to make 10 or so sandwiches? A: Will be addressed Q: Ladies club muffins are old. Can we get fresh ones? A: Will investigate. Q: Cart girls not seen until 17/18 hole, not available late in day. A: Weather dependent, golfer volume Q: Starter not attentive, playing on phone. Laptop should be outside. A: Starter laptop will be outside weather permitting. Cell phones not acceptable during work. Q: Members parking, can member patrol to enforce? A: Tell reception, Troy will enforce Q: Club storage all locked up before dark A: Generally make sure all clubs are in before locking up.
