In this role, Mr. McAlpine has overall responsibility for working with government and industry partners on matters of public policy, programs, regulatory affairs and trade. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. McAlpine served as Deputy Minister of the B.C. Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Fisheries from 2002 to He also obtained significant experience with the Federal Government as Executive Director and Director General, International Trade Policy Directorate; Director Grains and Oilseeds Division; and Deputy Director Multilateral Trade with Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. Mr. McAlpine also held the position of Executive Director of the National Farm Products Council and was a Trade Commissioner with the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, with postings in Kuwait, Bangkok, Brussels, Edmonton and Ottawa. Mr. McAlpine holds a Masters degree in Economics from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. 2

Box lunch provided for all participants 6:00 pm Dinner at Club de golf Cap-Rouge for all participants (bus will bring tour participants) 9:15 pm Bus departs Club de golf Cap-Rouge for the Château Frontenac Wednesday May 30 8:00 am Breakfast 9:00 am Doug Forsyth, Acting Director General Trade Agreements & Negotiations Directorate, Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada Canada s Trade Agreements and Negotiations Doug Forsyth has been with Agriculture and Agri- Food Canada (AAFC) since 2009 and joined the Trade and Negotiations Directorate as the Executive Director of the Strategic Trade Policy Division in April 2011; prior to this he was the Director of the Animal Sector Policy Division in the Strategic Policy Branch. Before joining AAFC, Doug worked at the Privy Council Office from , mainly working on economic issues in Intergovernmental Affairs. He spent the early part of his career at the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade in the tariffs and market access division working on trade agreements such as the North American Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Israel FTA, the Canada-Chile FTA as well as various accessions and trade disputes at the World Trade Organization. He has also worked at the Department of Indian and Northern Affairs, Industry Canada and the Canada Border Services Agency. Doug holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Carleton University and an MBA degree from McGill University. 3

M.Sc., Scientific Director, Corporate Responsibility Services, Groupe Agéco ANAC and the Global Feed Lifecycle Analysis Institute François Charron-Doucet is the Scientific Director of Corporate Responsibility Services at Groupe AGÉCO. He is recognized in Canada and the US for his extensive expertise in environmental life cycle analysis (LCA) and rigorous quality assurance reviews. He is often invited to serve as an LCA expert on, and chair, critical review committees. In the past decade, he has led and collaborated on several hundred environmental projects, including comprehensive life cycle assessments, carbon and water footprints in the agri-food sector. He also contributes to the development and implementation of projects focused on ecosystem goods and services an innovative sector. 11:00 am Convention closes 4

5 Orléans Island Tour Treat yourself to a Tour of Flavours, a 3 hours excursion both cultural and gourmet. Let us drive you to the Island of Orleans, where you will be charmed by the unique landscapes. Along the way, the guide will tell you about its history. Admire one of the oldest houses on the island and visit the vineyards. Epicureans, you ll be delighted at several tastings of local products including wine, ice cider, duck pate with bread, apple products, and blackcurrant liquor. *Transportation, tour and tastings are included in the tour price of $100 + tax. Tour leaves the hotel at 1 pm and will return to Château Frontenac to drop off anyone not attending the dinner at the golf course at 5 pm. The bus will then leave the Château at 5 pm to bring all participants to the Club de golf Cap-Rouge for dinner. ANAC Golf Tournament Join ANAC for a best ball tournament at Club de golf Cap-Rouge, one of the most prestigious private courses in Québec. The first tee off time will be at 1 pm. Registration for golf is $100 + tax per person. Your registration fee includes 18 holes of golf in a best-ball format and power cart equipped with GPS. Golf clubs can be rented for $40 per set. It is the golfers responsibility to get to the golf club however, there will be a bus departing at 9:15 pm taking delegates back to the hotel. All convention delegates will meet at the golf club after social activities for a dinner. 5
